I contacted Dor 2 Dor when I was gathering 3 quotes to get our leaflets out. Right from the start I have found this company to be professional, friendly and reliable. Excellent Service from Dor-2-Dor Aberdeen
We have used Dor2Dor Aberdeen for 3 months now and have always found the communication to be very good. Doug is very flexible with routes and able to accomodate at short notice. We are happy with service so far and will continue to use their services as we go forward. We have found that leaflet drops are a good way to enhance our brand which is Maid2clean East Scotland.

Good price and service
We been using them for some time now.
Very easy to deal with and place an order.
Very handy post code maps that they provide with the number of houses that makes easy to tell them how many leaflets you want and where you want .
Good price and in the end of the week Doug send me photos and details so peace of mind to us so we know the leaflets goes into the houses not to the bin .
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Doug and his team in Aberdeen

Their unique GPS tracking system ensures that we are able to monitor the distribution and this enables us to confidently guarantee our distribution.

Leaflet distribution done right!
We have been very impressed by the end to end advice and assistance provided by Dor-2-Dor Aberdeen; marketing insights, leaflet design, print and distribution. I was particularly impressed by the level of reporting and audit trail in place. We have used RM and other providers in the past however the level of support and information provided throughout this process by Doug has been excellent. We have no hesitation in using Dor-2-Dor for all future campaigns.

As discussed when the booking was made, we were experiencing the effects of coronavirus and therefore had reduced staff availability. Your request to us was very last minute, however, we made strenuous efforts to deliver the areas you wanted because your previous distributor had unfortunately gone out of business and was therefore unable to help.
We agreed with you a slightly different area to the one you wanted but this was similar demographics and should have produced similar results. All the leaflets were delivered before the event.
My wife and I visited the 1st day of your exhibition and it seems very busy. We were going to introduce ourselves but you were busy with clients taking orders.
If you decide to do a campaign again this year we would be pleased to help, however, to ensure the leaflets are delivered to the areas you want and in a timeframe that suits you, we will need a bit more notice than last year. For a September campaign with your preferred areas we should be planning this during July.
We hope you will consider us in 2021 - we will definitely make sure you're not disappointed with us this time.

A distribution service you can rely on
The service provided by DOR-2-DOR has been second to none. We currently distribute around 50,000 leaflets per month and the response we get is amazing. We would highly recommend their service to anyone looking to advertise and grow their business.

Avoid using as they ignor homeowners instructions
This company ignores very clear notices asking that no leaflets are posted through your letter box.
In turn, this alienates the very people that the company claim that customer can reach by using their services as the leaflets go straight in the bin! It is also against the law once the householder has put up a notice asking for no leaflets be put through.
Now it may be that the leaflet distributor does not read English but nevertheless that is no excuse to disregard the home owners wishes.
Update: Dor2dor have complained about my review to Trustpilot and I have had to submit evidence of my experience.
They wrote a lengthy reply to my comments with all sorts of facts, statistics and information and whilst an interesting read, it does not negate my experience.
An interesting observation in the company’s response to me was that Dor2dor state that 90% of recipients do not mind receiving unsolicited leaflets. I beg to differ. A quick straw poll of my neighbours actually turned the opposite result with the vast majority saying it was wasteful, a nuisance, of little interest and went straight in the bin.
I also do not accept that the leaflet distributors are so switched off from the job in hand that they cannot notice or respect a simple instruction.

At DOR-2-DOR we do of course respect your right not to have unaddressed material through your letterbox. May we please take this opportunity to give you some important information about what we do and our industry.
The European Union and the UK government want to see paper going into landfill reduced and recycling increased and are keen for effective systems to be put in place to reduce the number of unwanted leaflets inserted in magazines sold at your local newsagents and leaflets and other material that's posted through your letterbox reduced and minimised.
With door drops, the main logistical problem is making sure our Post Person doesn't put the leaflet through the letterbox of the homes that don't want it. This may seem a simple problem to overcome, however, in practice there are issues. We give our Post People a map of the delivery area showing streets for the drop area and the deliverer happily goes on their round.
The delivery process is completely mechanical and automatic and they sometimes have headphones on. If there is a notice by the letterbox our Post Person may miss it and push the unwanted leaflet through the letterbox.
We use the recommended method from the Data & Marketing Association which is to give the deliverer a list of addresses not to deliverer to and we in fact mark it on the map that they are following. This works well but sometimes if the Post Person loses concentration for one reason or another, unwanted letterboxes can still get posted to.
Now I guess you might say well why does junk mail have to exist at all why can't we ban it? We the truth is it works and over 90% of the population don't really mind getting the latest Pizza menu from their local restaurant or a special offer from a fitness club or a message from a garden maintenance man plying his trade. The fact is it works and it especially works for local businesses.
It's a relatively low cost so it is helping the local business community and creates jobs. More people working means more taxes collected and this results in better hospitals and schools, infrastructure and social services etc. In fact, the DMA statistics show that the direct marketing industry injects over £45 billion annually into the national economy and that's a lot of schools and hospital etc. So it's a little bit of junk mail that perhaps you don't want to do a lot of good for a lot of people.
Finally some facts regarding paper and trees. Two Sides the print industry voice tells us that 94.4% of the paper we use comes from European forests and that these forests are growing by an area the size of Greece - every year, that's 1.5 million football fields or 4 times the area of greater London and paper can easily be recycled. More trees for paper mean less CO2 so it's having a positive effect on the environment, not a negative one.
More importantly, the environmental impact of electronic communication cannot be ignored. - The ICT industry accounts for approximately 2% of global emissions. Annually Global Cloud computing demands twice as much electricity as the entire United Kingdom. 9 million tonnes of e-waste from goods such as mobile phones, laptops and tablets is generated.
Not only can print and paper be a sustainable way to communicate, many consumers still value it and that includes the younger generations.

What a breath of fresh air Dor-2-Dor Harlow was and continues to be!
I produce two community magazines and came to Dor-2-Dor around 3 years ago having been let down by the previous company I used - once you lose trust and confidence in a service it's time to move on.

I'm always kept informed of progress, it's imperative that my magazines are delivered consistently by people who are pleasant and local. The use of GPS trackers gives me complete confidence, that even if an area or house is missed the checking system ensures that it will be remedied and everyone that should receive a copy gets a copy. Can't ask for any more than that!
Highly recommend for peace of mind delivery.
