Deceiving shipping policy. They repeatedly indicate standard and express delivery windows including in your order confirmation. However, they make several items after ordering and do not tell you that shipping will actually take 3-5 weeks. And even then they cannot give you an exact shipping date or status of your order. So will it actually come in 3-5 weeks? When? Have you started making it? Why did you give me a delivery window that was blown past? Completely unprofessional and fraudulent false advertising. Not worth the hassle and I would rather give my money to an honest business. There are many others with good dresses.

The mirror dupatta deserves its own review because WOW. I wasn’t even planning on getting something this extra but seeing it in person on my SIL completely changed my mind. It’s one of those outfits that looks good online but looks even better in person. the only thing i would say is i couldnt oicture what it would look like on me as a brown girl since majoruty of their models are white and seeing it on my SIL is what ended up convincing me, it was definitly worth it tho! but we want more brown girl rep dorie!!

This is a literal scam to people who believe in online shopping. I ordered 250$ outfit from there website on 23rd of September. It arrived a week later than estimated. I understand that but outfit is horrible. Like literally there are threads everywhere on the outfit. Zip doesn’t go all the way up because they stitch the upper back together. They altered the bigger size outfit to make it like smaller but it does look unfit from the chest. Color is completely different than website. Please think twice before paying higher prices. It’s not worth it at all. I’m so disappointed. I wish I never came across this scam ugly website.

The corset looked even better in person. love the tie up structure at the back it really snatches your waist. The detailing is lovely and you can really appreciate the handcraft when you see it up close. My order came in a day after the delivery window so next time i will add another 1–2 business days when ordering, definitely keep that in mind especially if you need it for an event. The craftsmanship is worth it though.

I’m so happy with my purchase! I ordered the mirrored duppata and the new corset they just came out with was soo nice and looked even better in person. The quality was really good , the colours were exactly like the pictures, and the fit was perfect. I have a super hard time with sizing since lots of places don’t customize but Dorie got every inch down right perfection! I spoke to head of customer service Vera and they were very helpful and got back to me right away. Save ur money from other big places and shop here, I will be buying my wedding outfits from them!

This company is a mess & they're charging people without delivering the products. Don't fall for it!

I ordered on 7/23/26 with a delivery window of 8/4-8/10 for standard delivery. When I still received no tracking info by 8/3, I reached out and Support was "looking into it." They never followed up so I had to reach out AGAIN.

Then, they started lying! In the same email they said 1) it should've shipped but there's a system glitch w/ tracking number 2) they're backlogged so it'll go out in 1-2 days 3) asked if it was time sensitive and if so, they'd send it via expedited shipping.
None of their claims matched up! Was it made it? Was it shipped? Who knows because after sending 3 more followup emails, they've ghosted me and its almost 8/7. There's no way this "handmade corset" is coming in my delivery window that I had ordered for an event.

Additionally, They're pushing % off sales for weeks, and fakely pressuring the consumer by saying "ends at midnight" with an hour based tracker but it never expires.

When you charge hundreds of dollars, you expect a tier of customer service & quality. I should've paid attention to the other reviews and I guess I'll never know that the clothes actually look like.

Terrible experience . I will never buy form here again. It’s been over a month since I placed my order. And I have got no updates. They send emails when you compile but don’t follow up on anything. Don’t buy from here it’s a scam, I don’t even know what qualify their selling

This was a total scam. The real mirror dupetta that arrived is nothing like the photos they use to advertise it. The pattern of the lattice is different and the mirrors are jankily cut (not even circles) and glued on top unevenly, not incorporated into the latticework. When I opened the package, several fell off immediately. I wrote to the company asking about a return & refund - silence. Do NOT buy this.

honestly wasn't sure how the customization would go because i've had bad experiences with other brands before but dorie completely surprised me. the whole process was so easy and stress free, they got exactly what i wanted without me having to explain it a hundred times. and a customized order came within the same week?? i was not expecting that at all.

the mirror veil sharara set is just stunning in person. i wore it to an event recently and people were asking where i got it from, my friend literally placed her own order on the spot lol. i felt like a walking advertisement and i did not mind one bit!!

Product not as pictured on website, not as described. Purchased the mirror veil. Very low quality materials. There’s not actually even mirrors on it! Just plastic. Weave is not as tight as shown, the gaps between the “mirrors” is double what was expected. Tried contacting company and they did not respond each time. No refunds permitted it seems.

SCAM!!! Will not respond to my order status inquires. My receipt came from an email domain “t.shopmail.com” seems to be common address used for scams.
