I originally wrote a review praising customer service advisor for support given.
I have since logged back in to my account and they have taken all the funds i won because I made a withdrawal of winnings i won from my own deposit.
I had a £40 bingo bonus which i won over £100 and the company have taken it all back because i withdrew my own winnings from a spins game.
Will not be using the company again.
UPDATE TO DOTTY BINGO
The promotion was deposit £10 and receive a £40 bingo bonus with restrictions to withdrawing funds until the wagering requirements were met.
I received my £40 bonus and won twice giving me over £100 in bingo bonus funds to play with.
I then opted in to the casino offer which was deposit £20 and receive 10 free spins which i done.
I opted to not use my free spins until I had played my own funds.
I again won from using my own funds..not the free spins so withdrew my winnings and went to use my free spins and they had been removed.
When i returned to my bingo page over £100 winnings from my bingo bonus had also been revoked.
I opted in to 2 separate promotions and because I lifted winnings i had won from using my own funds and not my bingo bonus all winnings were revoked.
Two separate promotions with two separate sets of wagering requirements. I am entitled to withdraw winnings from money i had deposited and won from. Not my casino bonus which I didn't even get because along with my bingo winnings being revoked my casino free spins that were offered following a £20 deposit were also revoked.

How Dotty Bingo has so many good reviews is beyond me, the slots are absolutely shocking, the staff members are great and the bingo is okay. But is it worth 5 stars, nope, the payout rates are no where near what they suggest, when you do get a bonus on a game the ways are few and far between and sometimes you win nothing. I get with gambling you win and you lose and it's a game of chance but these slots are one of the worst out there, will be sticking with their bingo which can be good.

Its not the bonus while playing. It is the bonus bar at the top that has been full for 3 days now and still not allowed me to get it. Once they full on all other games they give you a bonus round. This hasnt even gone off yet and I fulled it days ago.

Update on Dotty Bingo. After many emails Dotty Bingo replied to me offering me £20.00 back from the hundreds of pounds that I deposited in good faith.Every deposit I made didn’t receive any promotion bonuses- with no explanation apart from that I was not entitled to any? I have asked them again to refund me £60.00 because they did not follow the terms and conditions and they were promoting that if I deposited I would receive the bonuses? I did not. So because I deposited my money expecting the promised promotion and when I contacted them on live chat I was treated like a nuisance and kept being cut off- I explained that if they refunded me back £60 I would be satisfied with the outcome and I would not take this any further. Customer service is awful. They reduced my deposit limit over and over again, often suspending my account without informing me. Eventually reducing my limit to a minimum amount and then suspended the account. It's like a power trip, they don't tell you they are planning this, and they don't answer your emails when you ask what's going on. There is no valid reason for their actions (oh, maybe because I withdrew some winnings the week before?) Not recommended.
EDIT: It's one thing saying contact us to resolve your issue, but I have, several times and they ignore me. They also hide behind 'they are protecting the player from spending etc. etc.' but when you have provided information to show that it does not affect you financially, it doesn't add up that they keep asking for bank statements time and time again.
