Do NOT order online from Donut Time. It doesn't even come from the UK! I ordered one week in advance for a colleagues birthday, got a notification from DHL the day before to tell me it was shipping from Germany, then the day I'd selected for delivery it said it was coming all day and never arrived. I even stayed late after work waiting for it. It arrives late into the day after - stale donuts, we were no longer working in that location, and nothing for my colleagues birthday. When I complained they wouldn't even refund! £52 wasted!

Absolut enttäuschend – nie wieder.

Ich habe extra bei Doughnut Time bestellt, weil man dort ein fixes Lieferdatum auswählen kann (13.02.). Die Donuts waren als Geburtstagsüberraschung geplant.

Geliefert wurde trotzdem erst am 14.02. um 16:07 Uhr. Damit war der Anlass komplett vorbei und die Überraschung ruiniert.

Besonders frustrierend: Ich erhole mich von einer Operation und durfte kein Auto fahren – Ersatz besorgen war also unmöglich. Meine Kinder waren zudem sehr enttäuscht, weil ihr Papa morgens keinen Donut mit Geburtstagskerze hatte. Das war wirklich herzzerbrechend.

Der Kundenservice setzt dem Ganzen die Krone auf: Auf meine Beschwerde und sogar eine Nachfass-Mail mit Frist kam bis heute keinerlei Reaktion.

Ein Unternehmen, das garantierte Liefertermine anbietet, diese nicht einhält und anschließend seine Kunden ignoriert, ist für mich nicht empfehlenswert.

Shocking prices for donuts. When it was £25 for 6 it was a treat, now between £45 and £50 for 6 bloody donuts! People should never pay that for average donuts. Always bashed and slightly soggy too.

Ich weiß nicht ob es die Qualtität selbst der Donuts war oder weil diese Vegan waren aber da kann ich mir auch ein trocken Brot auf den Teller knallen und Marmelade drüber schmieren. Ich hab selten solch trockene Donuts gegessen, vor allem für das Geld. Füllung und Topping waren in Ordnung aber selbst der Geschmack war überhaupt nicht überzeugend. Mein Mann und ich dachten uns weil Besuch geplant war das wir uns zum Kaffee Donuts bestellen (Halloween Topping- mini). Es war eine Katastrophe, mussten noch extra los weil wir diese Donuts so unseren Gästen nicht anbieten wollten. Selbst die "billigen" Donuts aus dem Supermarkt um die Ecke sind saftiger! Ganz ehrlich, für das Geld nie wieder.

Do not use this company ordered the best part of £100 worth of donuts that were allegedly delivered but if they were it was to the wrong place and they just ignore your emails, so have given the 14 days as requested by my bank for them to resolve otherwise the bank will chargeback.

Heute möchte ich mir die Zeit nehmen, um über meine Erfahrungen mit Doughnut Time zu schreiben. Ich rate ausdrücklich ab von dieser unseriösen Firma.
Ich habe zwei Mal bestellt und beide Male war es eine absolute Katastrophe. Alles an der Lieferung war falsch.
Bestellt waren 3 Boxen Mini Doughnuts für eine Silvesterparty 2024.
Was wir erhalten haben: eine Box große Silvester-Donuts und eine Box Mini-Weihnachts-Donuts! BEIDE hatte ich so NICHT bestellt und es kamen also nur 2 statt 3 Boxen. Das war der erste Betrug dieser Firma.
Als "Entschädigung" bot mir "Lisa" einen Gutschein für eine neue Bestellung an: 2 Boxen Mini Doughnuts.
Ich bestellte für den 31. Januar für einen Geburtstag. An diesem Tag kam aber keine Bestellung an und schon wieder wurden wir enttäuscht. Eine Party mit Doughnuts zu planen, die nicht ankommen, ist für alle Gäste natürlich mehr als enttäuschend!
Erst zwei Tage später, am 02.02. stellte mir ein Kurier die Boxen mir wer weiß wie alten Doughnuts in meiner Abwesenheit einfach vor die Tür.
Auf Nachfragen und weitere E-Mails reagierte Doughnut Time kein einziges Mal!
Zweimal bestellt und zweimal ein absoluter Fail.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered for my daughter’s birthday £50 for the doughnuts which never arrived. I have contacted customer service 4 times, not one response. Dreadful scam. Going to try to get a refund via my bank.

Obwohl ich die Option DHL-Express-Lieferung bis 12 Uhr gewählt habe (dies geht auch aus melner Bestellbestätigung hervor), war die Lieferung nicht pünktlich nicht an. Als ich DHL um 12:30 anrief, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Versender die gewählte Option nicht gebucht hat.

I placed an order with Doughnut Time on 3rd September, expecting next-day delivery as promised on their website. Instead, my doughnuts didn’t arrive until Monday the 8th, five days late. By then they were completely inedible and rock hard, so I had to throw them away.

I contacted Doughnut Time via email and their online contact form, but I’ve received no response at all. The lack of communication and customer service has been really disappointing, especially given their premium pricing.

I won’t be ordering from them again and would not recommend them based on my experince.

Wollte mit dem Code DOUBLE bestellen dieser funktionierte nicht. Habe eine Mail geschrieben und von Lisa Antwort bekommen das ich bestellen soll und ihr die Bestellnummer und die zusätzliche Donutbox mitteilen soll. Habe trotz mehrfacher Mails keine Antwort bekommen! Telefon klingelt durch. Angekommen ist nur die eine Star Wars Box. Der Stern geht an Aussehen und Geschmack.

Donut Time was always the special treat we bought in for all special family occasions. At £25 for 6, they were quite an expensive indulgence but we loved those few occasions a year where we would all share a couple of dozen. Then they inexplicably started charging almost £50 per 6, a 100% increase, for nothing extra. Priced us out of ordering them, they’re not in any way worth £8 each. Massive shame.

Donuts failed to deliver next day as promised, arrived stale the day after, customers service denied refund. A company that doesn't care about quality of service or product

Absolutely atrocious. My sister ordered a box of donuts for my son as a goodbye present- he is leaving for a year in the US and she won’t see him again for a long time. They are supposed guaranteed delivery next day but after she placed her order, she was told they wouldn’t come til the day after because of a ‘glitch.’ She was offered no gesture of good will for the error. Terrible. Will avoid and tell my friends to do so also.

Fast delivery, good taste and flavours, more like cake the gluten free ones. But still great!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had so rude, not helpful! Not one for reviews this is needed awful the way I was spoke to! Drove three hours, especially for the store nothing else!

Rarely write glowing reviews for gluten free cakes/bread,etc. These arrived well packaged, were moist, lovely selection of flavours, and if you like cake doughnuts, these are a great gf option. I am already planning my next order!

Ordered on Sunday morning for delivery on Monday, it's now Wednesday and the product is missing, presumed stale and/or melted in a heatwave.
Rodeo bought Doughnut Time, rebranded all their socials, and are now claiming terrible service is nothing to do with them. I can't believe it's possible to spend £50 on six doughnuts, get baited and switched by these scammers, and told they have nothing to do with the company they bought. Protip: if you took over their Trustpilot page, it's still your company!

Paid extra for them to be delivered at a certain time. They showed up 24hours late and we’d already left the hotel. I spent nearly £50 and the customer service response was “t&c blah blah blah”. Awful way to treat a paying customer who never received their items. Go elsewhere.
