I had purchased Student version 02 Office 2016 bu in following the instructions to download, install and activate, things went wrong form. I used the site chat function and allowed the remote control.
In a very short time everything was done and working well!!

I was having trouble with the installation of my Office desktop version, it doesn't allow me to use the activation key because I also have the 365 version on my laptop. Ping helped me with the installation by logged in remotely until its done (around 1 hour). He is very patient, very helpful I'm very impressed. Thank you very much Ping ^o^

I bought Office for MAC without realising the incompatibility issues with OS Catalina. I had tried emailing my concern but no replies. I then chatted online with Joe. It was very easy. Joe was able to help me and immediately arranged a refund so that I could then purchase a compatible version. The matter was sorted in less than 2 minutes. Thanks Joe, much appreciated :)

I downloaded Office 2019 which is advertised as suitable for Mac. However it does not specify that it is only compatible with mac desktops. Only after you have downloaded and tried to install using the product key do you then run into trouble...once you contact support they inform you that the required ‘operating system’ is shown. Had this been made clearer with the word ‘iPad’ then it would have saved hundreds of dollars..yes I know that he onus is on the purchaser to ensure they have the right ‘operating systems but the fact that it states it is for ‘mac’ can be misleading. I take responsibility for not ‘checking’ but I guess I need to leave this review so that others don’t assume ‘Mac-compatible’ is all-encompassing. they will not refund once you have used I the product key, however Anne was very helpful and managed to get her manager to approve a refund. Thanks Anne.
