Downtown Sports Limited Avis

I can’t thank Downtown Sports Limited and especially Jenna enough for going above and beyond to help me put together a birthday bundle of Green Bay Packers merchandise as a surprise for my husband’s 40th birthday! 🏈💚💛

Jenna was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Her communication was brilliant, she was so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. She went out of her way to make sure everything came together perfectly, and I really appreciate all the effort she put in to make the surprise special.

It’s so refreshing to receive such amazing customer service, and Jenna is a real credit to the company. I would highly recommend Downtown Sports Limited to anyone looking for great products and outstanding service.

Thank you again, Jenna, for helping me make my husband’s birthday extra special! 💚💛🏈

This was my first order and I have to say I was impressed. I definitely recommend this seller. Quality of goods are exceptional and customer service is second to none. Seller has gone above and beyond to help me get the items I have wanted. Perfect communication and keeps you updated. I will definitely be making further purchases with this company and am looking forward to it. Many thanks for making my experience a positive one.

This purchase was a pleasure to complete… Jenna’s friendly and prompt messaging made it all simple and easy, it’s a refreshing change and a nice personal touch.
Hat was delivered quickly and at a great price too. Can’t recommend Downtown Sports highly enough!

Great company who do anything they can to make your purchases as smooth free as possible and let you know every step of the way on the status of your order. Got some flags and custom jerseys made for us and couldn’t be happier from start to finish.

I was kept in the loop throughout the journey of my custom jersey being printed through to its delivery!

Couldn’t be any happier with the results!

Honestly, Jenna takes customer service to the next level!

An amazing example of going the extra mile: I was looking at a New York Islanders beanie for my holiday to NYC as I’m going to a game, Jenna was friendly and we got into conversation about NHL etc and put me a little bundle together as a great deal. I’d mentioned that some of the bundle was acting as birthday and Christmas gifts, without hesitation Jenna gift wrapped and created some really cool birthday and Christmas templates that makes the gift even better and I know it’ll mean a lot to my friends!

Extremely friendly service and she really isn’t lying when she says they treat you like family!

I’ll definitely be returning to purchase some more NHL and NFL goodies

Great prices, swift delivery and personal
