If it was possible to give no stars, or minus stars, I would. Despite me being very clear about the type of light I wanted for my daughter-in-law's car, they sent something that isn't compatible with her car. They haven't responded to any of my attempts to contact them. The item is shipped from China, it doesn't come from the UK, and although the tracking info worked, I suspect the UK web address is just there to fool you into thinking you will get some customer service. This company thoroughly derserve the overwhelmingly bad reviews they've got, and I advise anyone thinking of using them to avoid them like the plague. I wish I had.

When I ordered, I asked them for SURE if they lights I ordered would work on 2024 F350, and they assured me they would

Was concerned as stock showed round lights, and I told them the lights were more oval, but they assured me they would work

The order received clearly says 2024 F350, but lights are round and DO NOT FIT

Scam website, pretends to be UK based, none of the tracking information is real and when contacting them they keep saying the same thing that the tracking info updates slowly lol. Paid for express shipping and have had nothing from them. Do not use this site.

Everyone be aware this website is a scam. I ordered center caps for my BMW. I tried tracking the package and it won’t allow me. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t received anything. I wished I seen the reviews before I purchase it. Scam scam scam

Customer beware don't use t h is website. You place a order they send you the wrong product and when you request label to return they take through hell. Just to say ok keep whay I didn't order and they will give me a 30% refund bullshit. DONT USE THIS THEY ARE SCAMMERS

BUYERS BEWARE! Avoid doing business with Doxmall altogether. This company is a SCAM organization. They take your money then don't honor the contract by shipping your order. I wish I would've read these reviews before doing anything with this bogus company. Please DO NOT send them any money or you'll regret it, as I did. Lesson learned.

I understand why this company has so many bad reviews, I ordered a wheel cover for a Jeep Liberty on April 25 which was $32.00usd and still haven't received my product yet, I too have emailed the support line and get the run around that the rest of you have experienced, I can kiss my $32.00 good bye and never order anything from this company ever again.

Item was never delivered. Customer service kept pushing the delivery back saying that was normal. Never received the item or a refund. DO NOT USE DOXMALL!

Awful company, unresponsive, wrong product, refuse a return even with proof as they just won’t respond to me. Waste of money and let down as it was a gift to someone. Do not waste your time or effort!! Worst customer service ever, I was happy just for a return and change to the correct light but can’t get hold of anyone.

I asked before I bought if they carried the correct bulb. They assured me yes. Told me what to order, sent me a link to order. We'll guess what? They don't fit my jeep. And no response. Total scam . I'll be doing a charge back.

Well after reading comments was worried but have to say well pleased. Items came exactly as ordered and was given tracking number which kept me informed of journey throughout. So all in all everything was fine

They sent me the wrong shadow lights for my truck. When I reached out they say that they don't have the actual ones I need. I then requested information on how to return them for a refund but after multiple emails they are unresponsive. These guys are a SCAM!!!

I purchased a GPS Speedometer X98 from this company. The product has never worked correctly from first opening the package. I contacted the company to get return and refund details. After answering all their questions to demonstrate the product does not function correctly, they stopped communicating.
The customer service is appalling and I would recommend not to purchase from this company.

Do not buy anything from this company. The customer service sucks. After there lousy customer service, I requested to start a return. It's been a month, and they won't respond to me. Save your money, shop somewhere else. Nothing against China or anything, but they know nothing can happen if they don't initiate a return. They say they do returns, good luck getting your money back. It's my fault though, I knew there was a good possibility that I wouldn't be able to return the item. No matter how cool the light(s) appear, it's not worth dealing with this company. Once they have your money, you will never get it back.

Total scam. Sent me the wrong item and will not return a email after I have emailed them several times to return the item and there isn’t a number to call I have looked and looked and found several different phone numbers for them and none are right. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Really bad at getting back you. Requested a refund but they are making excuses.
I have emailed them so many times, explaining I would like a refund as the car lights supplied are too big. They said they want a video. I asked a video of what, as i not used the lights, they are in the box untouched.

Very disappointed with their service. Will not be buying from them again.

I bought fuel injectors from them they won't stand behind there product I'll never buy anything from them again
