I signed up for trial, they keep trying to charge me $20 every 3 days for months now. Numerous attempts to cancel subscription through their app and emails sent to cancel it went silent. I had to resort to block the merchant on my bank, thanks God my bank has that option. This app is complete SCAM!
Ordered a standard Doxy direct from Doxy. It was dead on arrival. They ignored the warranty claim I sent via the website. When I called them I got some waffle about how 'that department' is understaffed and was asked to send a video. I thought "it turns on but won't vibrate' would have been sufficient, but hey-ho. I sent the video which they've now been ignoring for a week. Meanwhile I'm out 70 quid and have useless piece of plastic I can't bin.
Sir I join doxy and invest 103000 in 2022 and after 4 month your company stop working and my money is block and now all data of my doxy account is not showing I think your company is not reliable totally Froude
