When your boiler goes bang who you gonna call!
Our old boiler blew and cascaded water to the floor below, late at night, on a Sunday in freezing temperatures. We rang DPB expecting to leave a message to come Monday and someone answered the phone! Enough said. We have used DPB since we arrived in our old Victorian Terrace in Scarborough 7 years ago. The founder Dan is so approachable and all his growing band of staff so helpful. We had no hesitation in joining a Home plan for our boiler.

First time using DPB
Our LPG combi had been refusing to fire so phoned DPB based on previous reviews. Patrick came out within 48 hours serviced the boiler and showed us what had been causing the problem and explained what he had done to rectify the issue. Extremely polite and professional. Boiler now running fine! This is the first time I’ve used DPB and can’t praise them enough for their customer service, speed of response and professionalism. We were so impressed with the service that we are going to sign up for one of their service plans.

Two bathrooms replaced
We had our main bathroom and en-suite completely gutted and new bathrooms fitted. DPB plumbing did all the work including tiling and decorating. They started when they said they would and completed the bathrooms to a high standard leaving no mess. We are really pleased with their work and we would definitely use DPB plumbing again

If I was their mum's, I would be proud. Delightful
The boiler on the blink in summer is bad, but in winter, hideous 🤔. Stress of the mess and so on. Today we had the best experience with Danny and Tom. The room where are boiler is didn't even look like the had been in. Work done to a very high standard. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Brilliant company…..you should try them!
This was our second time using DPB Plumbing and yet again the service was faultless. Jamie came and serviced the boiler and replaced a part. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Quick appointment, prompt arrival and very helpful staff. Jamie was friendly and professional, even in a crisis! Fantastic shower makeover.
From the first visit to completion of our project (removing the bath and installing a complete new shower area in its place) the company was professional and efficient. The estimate was reasonable, the work was started promptly and the whole installation was faultless. Luke was fabulous; always on time, tidy, helpful and professional. The result exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with the standard of workmanship. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm, indeed we already have done to our friends. Many thanks again.

Top company, helpful lady on the phone, Danny the engineer was a real gem, arrived exactly on time, cheery disposition, revamped my c/heating boiler no problems the day before we had snow here. Would recommend this company to anyone, they do what it says on the tin, and more! Thank you 🪴

Alfie soon had my leaking sink sorted ,lovely polite guy.…
Alfie did a great job fixing leak under my bathroom basin. Had to replace tap not just pipework so bigger job than hoped he went and got me new tap in style i wanted and soon had it fitted ,cleaned up after himself.Alfie has done previous jobs for me and always been cheerful and polite .

I had Luke attend an emergency leak at…
I had Luke attend an emergency leak at my home. I called the office and spoke to Dan who sent Luke out straight away, Luke was with me within 8 minutes. Luke fixed the leak and cleaned up after himself. Couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish, nice guy, professional with a good sense of humour too ☺️ Thanks Luke and DPB Plumbing & Heating.
