Initial issues all sorted and happy with the subsequent service
Despite initial problems with delivery of my order and failure to respond to emails, WhatsApp messages and texts, I was contacted promptly after posting on this site. The issues were resolved very quickly by Syd, who was very responsive and apologetic. Thereafter, the order was processed and delivered quickly and I was kept informed throughout. Many thanks to Syd for sorting everything.

Amazing service

This order was flagged as potentially fraudulent by our payment system for multiple reasons. As such, additional measures were taken to mitigate risk. Good Service
This is the only stockist I've found in the UK for my face moisturiser that doesn't overcharge on delivery and taxes. I've been using them for a few years and have had no communication or delivery issues. I would recommend this company as trusted.
