Literally waited a 3 weeks for my product to ship from china to LA and then it stayed in LA for 2 weeks 😵‍💫 it never effing came and they don’t wanna refund me since I ordered 30+ days ago but it’s ok since I gEt a gIfT cArD. Company’s a total scam and effing fraud. I got to deal with this with the bank now since they don’t want to help . F!ck this company!

Dealing with their customer service is HORRIBLE. I have been trying for weeks to get a replacement for a faulty machine they sent me, and I have been sent to multiple different emails, been asked to forward videos of the issue multiple times, continuously receiving half answers or replies. Still no arrangement for replacement has been made. I will never shop with DH again.

I purchased the master archer machine 3 months ago and now its having issues with at times loosing power and the machine at times has a rattling sound inside the machine. i just wanted to claim my warranty and have it fixed or replaced and dragonhawk is refusing to let me return it to get it fixed or replaced

I ordered a tattoo kit. Was waiting for it for 3 months. I wrote to their service email. First, they assured me the package would arrive, it just takes time. It turned out the package didn't enter the country and was returned to the sender. First, it was a nightmare for them to give me the returning tracking number. I was constantly told to check my back yard, and my neighbours because THEIR shipping company told them the package is delivered to me. After it feels a hundred emails, that one same Joe guy finally gave me the return shipping number. And with it, it was clear that the package was sent back. Even then, they denied it and told me that I got the package. So, in the end, I got a certificate from the border control confirming that the package WAS SENT BACK TO THE SENDER. I wrote an email every day, till I got the answer. I demanded a refund, and today finally I got my money back. But it was just because I was very annoying and demanding.

i placed an order a month ago.
went to the website to track it because the tracking showed alert.
they referred me to an email which answered with a basic positioning that they will keep me informed.

i sent two follow up emails and i got no answer on both
all i wanted was the tracking number for the courier company that is supposed to deliver.

i ordered a few times without any issues.
Their customer service is sooooo trash.

Their only way contact email doesn’t work. I tried to send my return request email several times it doesn’t show up in my “sent box”. What does it mean??
I need to return one of my order because it didn’t have charger.
Anyway, the problem is their email address doesn’t exist.

This is a drop shipping website. Do not order from here. All the stuff is coming from china and can take 1 month+ till delivery or won’t even come at all. If you need tattoo stuff, do not order from here.

Purchased items from dragonhawkofficial.com 17 days ago and have been given a tracking number only to find that the tracking number is invalid. have contacted several times and they have said “ our side contact with the shipping company now” over 4 times now. it’s ridiculous, i just want to track my order. i hope i wasn’t scammed. do not trust this website!

Item has not showed up,its been 9 days today I seen where I bought it and have a tracking # only to see it hasn't even shipped yet I would definitely like a refund if I could get ahold of someone i should have not even continued the transaction after my bank had called me to ask me if I authorized the purchase definitely should have backed out.

I have ordered from Dragon hawk for the very first time it's been more than 10days still I didn't receive any order I'd or tracking I'd I didn't even get confirmation mail or message. I don't know whether my order placed or not I paid through PayPal though

Packages don’t come on time and there’s no way to track it so u jus wait until it comes and they won’t help you

Horrible tracking and it takes too long to ship. Also a little more of a product review would be better like the cord it uses so I don't need to buy that separately. Also that shipping app is worthless and a scam.
