My order arrived quikly in two parts. Not a problem but I could have been warned.
customer services when I phoned were quick to defend themselves when part ordered wasn't suitable. When I phoned I knew it was my fault before I started speaking to her. I am a DIY guy I wasn't blaming them just trying to get to WHAT DO I NEED We did get ther. I think they are a solid 4 stars

I ordered a small amount of drainage to be delivered 3 x3mtrs 110mm pipe.And a box of fittings.They delivered when I wasn't at the job I checked the delivery there was only 1 length of pipe so 2 were missing.I called them and they said order was incomplete to follow.There hasn't been any delivery of the missing pipes.They have even answered my emails and no response from them.My advice stay away from this company use another outlet.Sky plastics never let you down you have been warned.P.R Builders reliable.

Placed an order in November and the full order was not delivered. Have phoned up numerous times to see when the rest of the order will be delivered. Each time getting assurances it will be delivered and promises that if it isnt then they will re send the order next day. Still waiting!.. Have asked for a refund for the item which they have promised twice to refund and again still waiting. Awful customer service. Wont use again.

Placed an order with assurances that all items would be delivered by Friday.
Some items arrived on time and only after multiple phone calls was it admitted to me that the rest would in fact, not arrive by Friday. I placed the order in good faith and now cannot complete necessary groundwork before building is due to start.
Complete lack of communication and responsibility from this company, throughout. Would not recommend!

Drainage channel width on the website was 130 mm, actual width is 135mm. Not helpful at all when replacing like for like and having to spend hours cutting customers paving to fit. Also the polyamide grate was warped on 2 out of 5 channels. Less of an issue but still expected better quality!!

2 orders, both had mistakes.

Bad communication first time round, took email and phonecalls before I got anywhere.

More thank 6 weeks to rectify the first order error,

Delivery fee being 14.95 is excessive for small items ordered, good money spinner for the company

Whilst they seem to have a good range of products, poor customer service and ability to accurately pick and deliver orders means its not worth ordering again.

Also after ordering it took days for the orders to be dispatched, these days, company's usually dispatch same/next day, not this company,

They also called me Richard in one if the emails, not sure if this was on purpose, perhaps calling me the shorter version of Richard

Have to say I had an amazing experience with this company when I needed a replacement part for a tiled shower drain. They went above and beyond to locate a part I urgently needed and shipped it to me very promptly. Much appreciated 🙏

Very poor communication, poor customer service and manner. They do not reply to their emails you need to call them. I put in an order and didn't get my complete order- I called them and they were very unhelpful and rude. They were unable to fulfil my full order (despite me paying). I will not be using again

Ordered from these guys twice and they have been solid both times.

I noticed there are some controversial reviews but I cannot complain. Delivery has been fast, materials good quality and competitive price both times…

Looked at this site postage £14.90 on a plastic pipi as big as my thumb. The item cost £3.95 VAT at 20% when I went to school meant 78pence they are charge £4.95p that's fraud to my mind be warned read everything when you go to your basket

Was told conflicting information causing delays to my project

Received a delivery on Friday which was missing an item
Called up and was told this was left at the delivery companies' depot and would be delivered on Monday. Tried to go collect as it was important but was told this wasn't possible.
Called up to chase today (Monday) as I hadn't heard anything else, I've now been told it's not at the depot and they will have to send a new one out. I've now had to request a refund and will have to go out and buy a replacement as this was needed Friday and has put everything on hold causing even more stress and time/money.
I feel like I was just palmed off as it was a friday.

The ladies I spoke to were nice but you don't always get through on the first try

Placed an order for 20 channel drains and other sundry items on Friday 8th November and everything turned up on Wednesday 13th November. Perfect service, great products, all as described. Absolutely no hesitation in ordering again from this business. We have used other larger well known internet basedbranded companies in the past, with poor service and inferior products. Please don’t be put off by other reviews.

Perfect in everyway.
I put my order in sunday evening and received an email tuesday to say my order has been sent for delivery.
My order turned up Wednesday 8.30 am which was well wrapped.upon opening the boxes the drains inside were very good quality for what i paid.
I cant ask for better really.

Very poor quality products and customer service is just as bad. If you're looking for longevity, look elsewhere.

I would just like to say i have been compelled to write to you all with a huge compliment for your company and staff, and when i say huge compliment i really mean HUGE!

I ordered on Wed 22/05/24 some Aco drainage gear, and being as I am not a tradesman and didn't know what i was doing i found your net shop very easy to navigate and use, a good bonus for me being as I spent quite a bit of time on Wed trawling sites for the right gear, but yours popped up and was perfect, i quickly sorted what I wanted and was very happy with the price you were quoting, some others were asking stupid money believe me. So i ordered and lo n behold it arrived early Friday 24/05/24, again, fantastic service and to top it all off, I and my builders were very impressed with the quality of your product, overjoyed it had worked out so so well i can tell you.

In summary, I believe you have developed a fabulous company model and ethic that is so very rare now in this country, one that you all should be proud of and one that many other companies should take note of and copy, Great web site, great prices, great delivery and service and great product, an absolute joy to have found and dealt with you so please be proud of the company and all its various staff and products and please keep it up, the country needs many more like yourselves!

Ordered over the weekend. Email receipt received with delivery info. Second email on Monday saying it had been shipped. Arrived Tuesday lunchtime. All parts correct as ordered. No issue with quality on inspection. So job ready to go at a good price.
So overall very happy, I guess most people will only review when something is not right! Will happily reorder from this company.... Very easy and cheaper than any merchants locally even with discounts.

Appalling products, 5 out of 7 drains arrived shattered. very poor quality I guess you get what you pay for, in this case not worth a penny.
Following returning the whole order took over two weeks via PayPal dispute to get money back. They were not willing to refund in full immediately and caused unnecessary hassle. Glad I paid by paypal otherwise I would have lost over £300.
Borderline scam company.

Ordered 7 drainage channels. 6 were nicely packed in one parcel and one was packed in a second parcel which was three times larger than needed and had no internal packing to keep the drainage channel in place. Consequently, one end of the drainage channel got damaged during delivery. Despite Drainage shop’s website stating how good they are when problems arise, they have totally ignored my various attempts to get a replacement. Whilst the item only cost £7.75, For me to re-purchase a single channel will cost £25.69 with P+P. I am preventing from finishing my drainage project because I need all 7 drainage channels and cannot use the damaged one. It seems better to discuss problem on phone than rely on emails. After a disscussion, the company were quick to replace the damaged item. Well done.
