Had a blocked external drain and had called a couple of companies for a quote before approaching Drainforce. Was given a price of £195 (all inclusive) and told someone would be with by the afternoon.
Arran called around midday and said he was on his way. On arrival I explained the issue and he rocked the drain to clear the problem, then he checked the drain with the camera and found a root which he kept washed and managed to clear. Very efficient service at a reasonable price.

Had to call Drainforce out on a Sunday due to blocked sewage drain. Rang at 11:15 am where I was informed of the price. Engineer arrived within 90 mins and cleared drain, sent the camera down to check it was all clear and clearly explained what might have caused the blockage. Price as agreed and job completed within an hour. Cannot fault anything about the service. Would recommend. 25/01/26

Called Drainforce out on 30th October at a cost of £220 to unblock a drain and at the time was told their work was guaranteed for 3 months. I have now called them as same drain is blocked again to be told there’s no grantee and I’d have to pay for a team to come out again. What a way to make money off people. We have a vulnerable person at home and they will not come out unless we pay again. Shocking

Only for Drain force our family would be lost. When we purchased our new home in Ballina Co. Tipperary a year ago we moved in with no boiler working. Willie and Christy could not have been more accommodating. Christy worked from 8am until 930pm one night fitting new radiators and fixing boiler so our kids would not have to sleep in freezing rooms.
Once again we found ourselves in difficulty yesterday. I phoned Willie last night, he once again came to our rescue. Christy arrived at 8am fitted a new pump and drained radiators ensuring our heating system was properly working so we would be prepared for the upcoming cold season. I cannot recommend Drain force enough- superior workmanship, professional, precision, affordable, reliable and trustworhy

Billy came out from Drain Force instead of Welsh Water & quickly sorted out the blockage, I was very impressed.

False advertisement one call does not clear your blockage, left human waste all over driveway, promised to call back to discuss other options, the call never came, can’t get hold of them phone just rings and rings, save your money and phone someone else like saldo or dynorod

Among the other claims made on their website, Drainforce say “ 24/7 365 Response
Average response times of 1 hour with local engineers up and down the country”.

This was not our experience. We contacted them at 0905 on Saturday, and after the fee for same-day service was discussed and agreed to we were promised a call back. This never happened. Talk about managing the customer’s expectations!
