Having recently bought my home in Putney and realised that all was not right on the boiler, water pressure and water softener front, I asked Oliver from Drake Boilers to investigate, promptly Oliver came out and identified the issues we agreed a price and thereafter it was smooth running, over the next few days Oliver and his team visited me to fix all my issues supported by Sarah in the office coordinating timings etc.
First class service, respectful of my home and more than pleased with the outcome, further Oliver on my request fitted new thermostats to control my hot water remotely.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Drake Boilers and have every intention on using them for general ongoing servicing and maintenance.

Despite asking for a quote for their base services before scheduling (excluding any extra parts needed of course), they proceeded to overcharge me on the base rate and insisted on payment immediately. When I questioned them, they claimed it was an honest mistake.

I wish the office's bill handling was as transparent and professional as the engineer that did the work. Mustafa was great.
