Last resort turned into a blessing. I am so happy i discovered Dr.B, i was out of options to find a affordable Dr to see and get the help i needed. Dr. B was very fast in giving me the results i need as well as gave me all the information i need to know to best pick out the medication that works for me. Wish they would handle multiple prescriptions better
I really like Dr. B for having the most affordable rates among online prescription services. The actual process for entering one refill request was very easy to follow.
I would give them 5 stars, but among the several prescription providers I've used, Dr. B is the only one that will not allow you to order more than one prescription refill at a time - it's very 'clunky' in that regard.
You have to contact support in order for them to 'reset' the account, so you can go back in and request a second, separate prescription request.
The other online providers have multiple prescription requests covered - I don't understand why Dr. B can't do this as well.
Other than this glitch, I do like them. Just be advised if you have 2 or more meds that need refilling - you're better off at another provider.

From skeptical to total recommender
I had a consultation 5/29. Thought more than 8 hrs was sufficient to review and send in prescription. I was beginning to believe I was scammed. I sent an email to support and they sent my concerns to the issuing doctor who reviewed my previous prescriptions and saw it was something I needed. He sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy and I am very happy. I could have gone to my doctor, but my transmission recently went out, and I did not want to pay for the visit and uber both ways. Dr. B is totally legit and I would wholeheartedly refer this site to everyone who wants the services of an online physician. Way to go Dr. B and all those involved.

I just moved to the area I'm living and didn't have a doctor yet. I struggle with cold sores and really needed help because it decided to come back after healing. Great Experience
There was a slight delay in my file being reviewed, but aside from that the service was great. Got my refill for 3 months which was all I needed while I seek out a new provider. Much more affordable than most places that only give you a 30 day refill.

I was visiting from out of the country…
I was visiting from out of the country when I started experiencing really bad UTI symptoms and knew I needed antibiotics. I found Dr. B with a quick search, and within less than 24 hours I had my prescription and started my treatment. The whole process was super fast and easy. I’m so glad I found Dr. B, it saved me a ton of time and money compared to going to urgent care. Highly recommend if you need quick and effective care!

Thank goodness for Dr.B!
I had an awful and painful rash. I initially consulted a different, more expensive platform who misdiagnosed me. I won’t go into detail, but that platform was horrible!
With Dr.B, I actually spoke with the physician who was empathetic and patient , ensuring all of my questions were answered and concerns addressed. The Dr. even followed up two days later to make sure the rash was starting to improve, which it had.
If only I would have contacted Dr.B first, I could have saved myself two weeks of pain and about $150.
I highly recommend Dr.B and will be going to them for all of my tele-managed needs! You don’t have to choose between health and rent anymore! $15 is cheaper than most co-pays.

They are efficient and inexpensive
They are quick and inexpensive. You can choose your pharmacy. You can pick a pharmacy for Dr B to send prescriptions to based on goodrx coupons or another discount pharmacy. You can't beat the service and price. I have used them before and I will use them again.

I cannot cancel my account since they…
I cannot cancel my account since they no longer offer the medicine I take. They continue to ignore my requests and there is no way to cancel my account from “my dashboard” like they claim. It’s beyond unprofessional. I’ve sent several emails and they continue to ignore them or tell me to schedule a consultation. If I try the consultation route they tell me I have e to wait another month. I’m not waiting to cancel my account just so they can take more money from me. Scam.

They lie
They don’t do what they claim. Equipment to be precise. It clearly states it on their website and when I told them I wanted my letter updated they said they couldn’t do it. So either false advertising or change my letter to include equipment.

Dr. B is a life saver. They came through with a prescription I needed while I was still on hold with my excellent PPO medical insurance. I never had to deal with my own insurance company to try to get a telemedicine appointment because Dr. B came through quickly. The $15 fee was very reasonable. I will use this service again. Hands down. Because I have PPO my prescription bill was just a copay. This combo of both services is a real winner. The state of U.S. healthcare is a sad state, even if you pay for excellent insurance so we need services like Dr. B to fill in the gaps.

Amazingly Weekend Service!
Amazingly quick responses, even on weekend! They worked with me on fill quantities, changing prescription to different pharmacies, etc.. Communication was fast and excellent. There's not many companies that I'm impressed by, but this is one of them. If you need a prescription they cover, I highly suggest you give them a try.
