Very disappointing experience with Dr Courier & Cargo UAE.
It has been 4–5 months since I gave my shipment, and it still has not reached the destination. Payment was already made in advance, yet there has been no delivery update, no tracking information, and no proper communication from the company.
I tried contacting them multiple times through calls and messages, but they did not respond at all. This has caused a lot of inconvenience and stress for my family.
I hope the company improves their professionalism and customer support, because this experience has been extremely frustrating and unreliable.

I am akher ali molla booked a sea cargo on 2nd may 2025 with a promise by the company to be delivered in 40/45days till date the shipment has not been delivered neither there is any response from them. Call are not attended and if by chance call picked only reply i get its that is under customs clearance. So any body help please contact

Worst courier in the world i send air cargo on 25 july 2025 still not rcv they not answering cal anything sometime told customer clearance is pending yesterday i go check the company is close they msg me ur shipment is on hold madam in sharjah airport plz help me to finf my cargo plz

Am also suffering the same, past 4 months now, still my cargo was not delivered, my contact number 0506292694. If any body suffering the same, we can collectively file a complaint in UAE and India.

Dr Cargo is good service

For over 7 months, I've had no idea where my cargo is. Only one contact number is responding, and even he says the company is already closed. For the past 3 months, he's been saying it's pending customs clearance. Recently, he revealed it's stuck in customs due to non-payment, and the company's whereabouts are unknown. I've also heard there's already a legal case filed against the company, and the owner is absconding

how can i file case against them any one?

Very worst service, no respond for phone calls and messages.
I have sent Air cargo, they told max 10 days, but 21 days completed still I not received.
Now phone also switched off, and not responding.
Very worst service.
Anyone guide me to claim.

I booked a sea cargo on 30th April 2025 with a promise by the company to be delivered in 30/35 days till date the shipment has not been delivered neither there is any response from them, calls are not attended and if by chance call is picked only reply I get is that it's under customs clearance from so many months I have been struggling and lately received a what's up message that the company has been taken by another company who will look into the matter and deliver.please be careful for sending your cargo through them worst service provider throughly check don't go on what the staff says they just want to book the cargo collect money and then you forget BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS TO SEND YOUR CARGO THROUGH THEM .

I sent ship cargo on abudhabi to chennai on 4 months over, it is still not received. Online does not show my cargo details. Many time call it's not take my call and also block. But I got dubai number +971542243752. But he is tell only dubai castamer take complaint. Now fraud Company name is change in Dr express. Dr cargo and Dr express is same. Some person put on fake review dont trust. I raise the complaint of DET consumer rights

More than 4 months but no idea where my cargo is. Only one contact number is responding & even he is saying that company is already closed. Since 3 months he is saying its pending for custom clearance. Now he revealed that its stuck in customs due to non payment & there is no whereabouts of the company. I also heard there is already a legal case filed against the company so owner is on the run. We can file a collective legal case of anyone is ready.

I sent cargo through DR COURIER in 2023 and still not delivered. Now no response from them also.

I have sent so many messages and text on what's up continuously in touch from march and its July now. no response from anyone, calls not getting connected, phone lines are dead. rarely once a week one message comes in customs or customs cleared or they will call you, or our company is taken over by a new company and all this messages on what's up and nothing else.
I even go on their site and enter the details to track shipment and its says check your tracking number, so heartbroken as my life savings I have put it there as I have left dubai after 32 years and wrapped up everything and sent to india. I request anyone who has any contact for them to let me know where is my shipment.its 3 cartons I have sent with them and till date no update.please advise or any info will be highly appreciated. thanks and best regards

Minus review. It’s been more than 80 days. They say 10 more days. 15 more days. Some custom issues. I spoke to an ex employee. He said the company is closed and the owner is no where to be found.

One of the worest service. I sent one cargo its alredy 80 daus completed but still not getting when iam calling they are not respond. And yeayerda one person goven replay he told me again its taking 15 days more. Stupid guys and stupid cargo company

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Dr Courier. They initially promised that the parcel would be delivered within 45 days, but it has now been almost two months and we still haven't received it. When we tried calling for updates, most of the time there was no response, and only after many attempts did someone answer. Each time, they gave different excuses — sometimes saying the parcel is ready, other times saying it's not. They kept repeating that it would be delivered “within one week,” but that never happened. The items were for our housewarming, and this delay has completely ruined our plans. This has been the worst experience with any cargo company, and I strongly advise others to avoid Dr Courier due to their poor communication, false promises, and lack of responsibility.

One of worst service and no contact number available , I sent my 5 boxes which is already 70 days now but till now it’s not yet arrived nor any call from them . I really don’t know whether it’s lost or gone somewhere. Please don’t use this courier ..
