Warranty "Approved" but Replacement Held Hostage over Broken Tech
bought the Dr. Dennis Gross LED mask expecting a premium medical-grade device, but the LED lights failed completely after very little use. For a device at this price point, that is a massive quality control failure. To make matters worse, their 'Warranty' is a total headache. They approved my claim (admitting the device is broken) but refused to send a replacement unless I jumped through hoops to return the dead unit first. They are essentially holding my replacement hostage while I'm left without the treatment I paid for. If you are considering this mask, BE WARNED: the tech is unreliable and the customer service uses friction tactics to avoid making things right. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually stands behind their technology. I personally dealt with Bonnie, and Joseph so stay away from their if you want anything even slightly better than mediocre customer service
