Good customer service
There was a problem with my order but it was dealt with very well, with quick and easy correspondence. The order arrived very quickly in 2 days. It is a very good decaf coffee bean would use again.

Amazing customer service, so responsive and helpful when I was enquiring about ordering for a Christmas gift. They delivered in beautiful Christmas packaging and the recipient was thrilled. Absolutely delicious coffee!!

Great All Round Experience with Dream Beans
The ordering process via the website was easy, and my order arrived within the week. A last minute change to the grind of the coffee was accommodated with no fuss. The Torero Coffee and Decaf Dream are both gorgeous coffees. I would definitely recommend Dream Beans to other coffee lovers!

Nice people, great coffee
I've been brewing in a stove-top Moka pot for years, and trying lots of different beans. Then I found DreamBeans a couple of years back, and started buying regularly - the Sweet Sorrento is just too nice to not keep ordering it. When they introduced the Torero recently I was intrigued by the origin story and gave it a try. Very, very glad I did - what a mouthfeel!
Most recent step on my coffee journey was getting a good grinder and espresso machine. Being now able to dial in on exactly what I like has revealed even more complexity and fruitiness, in the Sorrento especially.
I've had some questions about the coffee, deliveries, etc and they have always replied to my emails promptly and helpfully.
I'll never really be a "loyal customer" because I will keep trying new coffees, but I have found the first roaster that I'll keep coming back to.

Great coffee but I'd love to be able to find a recommended recipe for each bean.For example 18-21g dose for tiger paw and suggested liquid amounts.
Other than that its a fantastic product.

I do everything by eye and nose and ear and I'm so used to my equipment that I can make any adjustments nearly without thinking. I think more people would like to have a recommended starting point as a basis from which to adjust to their taste. Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to work on it over the next while.
