Very confused at the negative reviews for this site! I joined the casino this morning, I withdrew £400 in total and have just had my winnings processed and sent to my bank. I was a little sceptical after reading reviews, but fair dos the money is in my bank less than 24 hours. The processing time for withdrawals is a bit long compared to other sites but overall I'm happy

I did, and won, and they were paid out instantly, all good there.
Not really, i then made a further 4 withdrawls totaling 1300, nope, not that nigjt or next morning. I contacted chat line saying i wanted the money, i got a scripted reply offering gamblers annonymous etc. I made dozens of emails, after a bit of porky pie in my side they made the deposits, and.....closed my account.
The first withdrawl paid instantly was vlearly designed to give an impression they all would. Not so.
Also, on 2 deposits they appeared to have failef, so i repeated them.
While playing, i suddenly noticed my balan e had doubled. Had i not notice i would have olayed double.
Severe deception and dishonesty. Run a mile, dont do it.

They refused to honour the sign up bonus. Even though nowhere did it ask to opt in at anywhere during the process. Everytime you try the chat it logs you out. I have sent them screenshot proving this and they still refused. I wish I read the reviews first this is honestly a scam site.

Deposit money when you win they keep your money and don’t give it back after reading all these reviews it’s so sad how they can get away with it

Do not ever use this company. They will close your account as soon as you win a bet. £1400 taken from me refusing to pay I have been on emails and live chat to them non stop every single day and every single day a new excuses no timescale locked account they will never pay out any winnings. Check all reviews people saying the same. If anyone knows where the offices are please get in touch. Any positive reviews are people who run the company or paid reviews.

Worst experience. I withdrew 530 pounds one week ago and it has been pending ever since. They only requested documents a few days ago which I promptly gave them but still no reply and their live chat doesn't even work at all. Layout and everything is fine but customer service is diabolical, live chat never has a agent ready to answer, first time i was on live chat took 1 hour for them to respond which was fine because of “high traffic”. But then after that following few days i tried maybe 3-4 times sat waiting for 2-3 hours and never a single response or message back from an agent. I also sent countless emails asking for updates and pestering them for a response but never got a complete response where we could have a conversation and figure things out. All was sorted out and got reply and withdrawal 8 days after first requesting to withdraw. There alot of people saying “scammers”. I wouldn’t quite call them scammers but they definitely know what they’re doing with longing requests out. For reference i think i deposited 500 into account and won 200 sports betting then attempted to withdraw 550 and then got asked for docs. I completely understand the KYC of asking for docs and verifying the withdrawal but in the speed everything is done it’s very unprofessional. Reason for 2 and not 1 star is really just because i finally received my money without having to further report this. But wouldn’t recommend using this bookie especially if you sports bet with semi high stakes (around 100-300)

Avoid at all cost, open account deposit won £400, withdrawal took 10 days after 4 emails and hours wasted on live chat, verification docs sent within 24 hours of opening account and account was sitting as verified no reason for the delay and some of the excuses the live chat came out with was embarrassing

Lots of bad reviews but I've had a decent experience and still use them. Withdrawal could be quicker, otherwise I'd give 5 stars

So I joined the site. Took no bonuses nothing just played with money I deposited. Total deposit around 2k. Withdrew 5400. Took 12 days of endless messaging and had already sent all documents over. Constant delays. They then shut my account and refuse to pay winnings. Absolute joke. I have written a formal complaint and expect this to be rectified with my winnings paid I wil then be closing any account with there company.

Hardly any game play, hardly any wins to withdraw and customer service is bad! Very polite but hasn't replyed back with a solution to free spins not awarded. Wouldn't recommend tbh
