By far the best experience I've had…
By far the best experience I've had when it comes to buying computer parts. The personal touches when it came to updates, the chocolate, and the hand-written thank you message were all hugely appreciated. Was super easy to reach out to them and ask questions and my package even arrived earlier than the initial ETA which is always a bonus.

Excellent Service!
Brent and the Dreamware team were excellent getting my order delivered in perfectly good condition with regular updates.

I was very satisfied with this service
I was very satisfied with this service. The communication and detail was outstanding. They did a difficult job in such a short timeframe and kept me updated the whole time. I will definitely be using Dreamware in the future for all my tech and IT stuff. Outstanding service and excellent finished product. 10/10 for me !

Amazing Service and products!
If you have never experienced exceptional service before, do yourself a favor - and support Dreamware Tech!
Receiving updates in person - payment confirmation, courier scheduled, tracking number, dispatch, etc. and not just the standard automated system that we've become accustomed to. My parcel arrived today, mind you super fast delivery too - and it was packaged with sooooo much care ;) not even Zeus himself would've been able to destroy it! Out there is a team - Greg and the Dream Team - who value and take care of their customers and each and every purchase is dealt and handled with so much pride. Thank you Jess for your kindness and updates :) and thank you Dream Team for service that we thought only existed in our most mystical dreams! Oh, and the product I bought is amazing too :)

Dreamware Technology are the best!
I don't post much on Social Media (Wifey is the social butterfly), but this really deserves praise. Contacted them and they were quick to respond, unbelievable courteous, and offered such excellent customer service that shows they're not only doing an excellent job, they are fulfilling their calling. Bought myself a 480GB SSD
Bought myself a 480GB SSD, was packaged wonderfully with a handwritten letter from the dreamwaretech team. Had no hassle ordering or paying, payment was validated fast and the order was delivered within 5 days (due to my distance)
Products are sold as advertised and I there was no catch. Hope to purchase again soon 🙌🏻

I don’t want to lie, their customer service and delivery service is impeccable however the product I purchased from them is so bad I don’t even have words to actually describe how terrible the product is!
What a total waste of money I swear!!!
But like I said their service is good just the item I bought was a piece of garbage

Legends and ROCKSTARs... i ordered myself and my wife Memory and corsair Fans and all came so neatly packed and well cared for. I never needed to contact in and ask what is happening with my order as i was updated directly to my whatsapp through every step of the way .Brent kept me posted and updated with the entirety of my order and all items came delivered and in the best packing ive EVER SEEN in any delivery.
