► How was LeMuse born? LeMuse sustainable fashion brand was born 13 years ago. It all started when we became inspired to create comfortable and perfectly fitting clothes that are of minimalist design and come from natural origins. We hold on to the belief that clothing should help you be your gorgeous self and feel pleasant at the same time. In such a manner, LeMuse started out with non-traditional cut designs, the clothing that would easily shift shapes in accordance with the movement of a person wearing the garments. Here in LeMuse we care a lot about our environment, the people and our beautiful planet Earth. This is why we only work with natural fabrics. Our production is organized and managed in Lithuania, Europe and we are continuously collaborating with the local tailor shops. Over the course of time, LeMuse became well-known in Lithuania and abroad. ► What does it mean LeMuse? LeMuse holds the meaning of the MUSE. We believe that every woman is a charismatic muse in her own ways. Your inner muse hides only when you experience stress or anguish. Because LeMuse clothing is made from natural fabrics and is not only beautiful but very cozy and comfortable as well, you suddenly stop thinking about the way you look by letting go of any insecurities (you look amazing nevertheless) and let your charms (your muse) free and out to the world. LeMuse garments have a serious purpose of making you feel a real and a beautiful muse despite the flaws that you might think you have, at the end of the day, we all are unique humans that have rich inner worlds. LeMuse clothes cover your body in a way that the garment changes its shape every time you move. As a result of a changing shape, different silhouettes are being created. LeMuse wants you to feel free and unbothered. You don’t have to spend a lot of time thinking about your looks and wondering if your body is perfect enough. The clothes that we create are intended to help you feel carefree and wearing them might inspire you to meditate on your feelings or emotions instead of concentrating on the outside. ► LeMuse team We are very passionate about clothes that are flawlessly fitting, minimalist, long-lasting and natural. Our favourite fabric has always been linen. Furthermore, linen is also a very important part of Lithuanian and Baltic heritage. Today LeMuse is a family business. ► Minimal design In a distinguishable Nordic and Baltic style, we create minimalistic designs defined by their simplicity. We do not bother to run after the latest trends: instead, we prefer classical and elegant styles that look marvellous every season and never go out of fashion. Many of our designs are of a non-traditional cut, so that LeMuse clothes, a dress, a blouse or a cardigan, adjust to different body lines and hide all imperfections. Also, to give each design a bit of a twist we add a little detail to spice it up: a bow on the shoulder, buttons on the back, an elegant neckline. ► Natural fabrics We believe that clothes should be long-lasting and that natural fabrics are a must. One of our best choices is linen, a perfect material for all seasons, especially the summertime. We are proud to use locally produced Lithuanian linen for the reason that it allows us to make sure that the quality of the material is perfect: it feels nice and cozy on the skin, is very breathable and durable – a linen dress can be your best friend for many years. For the cold season, we recommend the fabulous wool, the way it brings comfort and warmth is almost magical. One wool sweater is enough to save you from unbearably cold winters. For versatility and comfort, we also recommend cotton. If you have a capsule wardrobe, it is important for its pieces to be made from natural fabrics. ► Production process We are proud to support our community: all LeMuse clothes are produced here in Lithuania. We choose small production houses of 2-3 people with more than 30 years of experience in sewing linen, wool and cotton clothing exclusively for LeMuse. We support these studios from the beginning. From time to time we start working with new tailor shops as our brand is already 13 years old. They grow with us and have the same beliefs and goals: sustainability, perfection, fair trade and natural clothing.

Beware! Low quality dresses and customer service.

Beware! I could have written a long, detailed post of how bad my experience with this company, their products, and their customer service are, but I will instead just inform any potential customers that in the (very likely) event that you want to return your (low quality) dresses, LeMuse will go to great lengths to deny you a refund, and will gladly fabricate lies to avoid paying what is rightfully yours, and then gaslight you when you question their conclusion and methods. Thankfully I paid through PayPal so I eventually got my refund through them, but not thanks to LeMuse who, in my opinion, is overpromising, underdelivering, and is the most unprofessional online shop I’ve ever encountered.

We completely understand your frustration, but we’d like to clarify that we only deny refunds when returned items show clear signs of use, such as stains, perfume scents, or wear — as was the case here. We cannot resell such dresses to other customers, and unfortunately, they must be discarded.

All our dresses are handmade to order in Lithuania, and we always do our best to ensure fairness and transparency in every situation.

Poor customer service

Dress arrived, sizing wrong - top too small and bottom way WAY too big. It took me a long time chasing the company to replace it - they eventually refunded me without wanting the dress back. Sadly I can't wear it as it doesnt fit but at lease I got my money back

after registering an item for return online I contacted LeMuse several times but still did not get the information I needed to return a dress I ordered weeks later. Defenitly can not recommend if one tries to return an item.

Handl ikke med dette firma

Handl ikke med dette firma, købte 3 for 2 tilbud/ men størrelser passede ikke. Det gjorde jeg i februar- har forsøgt at bytte, og skrevet til dem 8 gange, men når de først har fået pengene er der ingen service, så jeg kunne have smidt 3000,- kr ud af vinduet, det havde jeg fået lige meget ud af! Størrelserne passer ikke- så det er lidt svært at handle med dem over nettet. Nogle modeller skal man to str. ned og andre skal man en op, så man gambler, specielt når de ikke rette op på problemet. Jeg sender ikke flere nytteløse henvendelserne til dem nu, derfor denne anmeldelse, de kunne bare sende en retur label, og ombyttet til de rigtige str. Men det sker ikke!!!! Total dårlig service!

no refund in spite of return

Received a dress which didn’t suit the occasion I had ordered it for. I contacted LeMuse to ask for instructions to return it. The representative wouldn’t give me instructions until five emails later (offering exchange, a new color etc). Finally I got instructions on how to return the dress. However, it’s been three weeks and I have not received a refund. I have contacted the company but no response.
