Dribbble Designs Avis 17

I chose Dribbble design only because I assumed they were a Toronto-based company. They are not, they are a U.S.-based company. I took the bait of a low price to redesign my old website. Right away, they sent me one of the ugliest, worst-designed websites I had ever seen. They had no idea what I was selling or who i was. They offered no creative input whatsoever and I had to do all the legwork. While some of the people I was dealing with assigned to my project were patient and kind, they never provided any quality or design for what i expect a professional company to do. They also ripped me off more than once for being late because I was going through very difficult family experiences. I should never have paid the late fees. They charged me fees for future Payment integrations which never happened. When I finally told them to stop, that it was over, they didn't respond. The owner refused to refund a late fee they had charged me for the second time, which I had just sent them, less than a month before ending this project. They refused to refund me anything. They were supposed to return the files they created which I can't really use anyway because they are bad, but it's the principle. I lost thousands of dollars and they wasted my time. Do not do business with them. I felt ripped off the entire time and should have stopped after the poor designs they sent me right away.

Dribbble Designs is awesome! I appreciate the professionalism they put into everything they do.

What I appreciated most was how they simplify the process down from ideas that business owners like myself don't want to get stuck with and instead give solutions that work.

They're responsive and always have given high-quality results. High recommended!

Excellenet service and great communication. Highly recommended

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a website company. My request was to merge my two existing websites into one Wordpress site, which one of them was already on Wordpress.

I contacted them to migrate my website and email from Bluehost, provide hosting, and redesign my site. While they worked on the new site, I was promised a smooth migration of my Wordpress site, and email with no downtime. The migration was not completed —instead, my website went offline, is still offline and my emails were set up from scratch on a new hosting site. NOTHING was migrated.

I had to repeat my website revision requests over and over, and still ended up with them not done and more frustration. They would say they were done, and when I checked the mock up, they were clearly not.

After two months of being with them, my email stopped working and I was told they were doing an update, which everything would come back when it was finished. When the email came back up, all emails since signing with them were gone! I could not even access them on the server of the hosting company. They blamed me and told me there was nothing they could do.

Their website clearly states:

“We are extremely confident in our work, which is why we back it up with a money-back guarantee. If we cannot meet and beat your expectations, we will give you a refund.”

When I asked for a refund, I was met with excuses and blame instead of solutions. Despite providing screenshots as proof, they told me I “did not qualify for a refund.”

I was even willing to compromise on the refund and accept the 2 1/2 years left on the hosting and forego the first 6 months and the half I paid up front for the new site.

This is the first negative review I have ever done, but I hope this helps others avoid the same experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone who values professionalism, reliability, or honesty.

What made my experience great!?! Really I don’t know where to start but I might as well do so with staring very PROFESSIONAL! One of the best if not the best I have been serviced by. The excitement and joy to seeing my website being developed, all the way to the invoices, complementary text reminders and very worth the price! Dribble Designs is the second to none I recommend 6 out of 5 stars!

The experience with Dribbble Designs was 11/10. Luke and Sam Allen were extremely professional, understanding, accommodating and most importantly considerate. They brought every detail to my vision to life. Even, if there were adjustments that needed to be had, they were urgent and swift to get them done.
