I noticed that I had submitted the wrong shipping address and attempted to correct this after the order was placed. I requested support and called a number and no one ever got back to me.

they make it difficult to make returns or modify subscriptions. however the product is really good.

Flavour is pretty damn good. I bring it with me to work and have it for lunch instead of fast food. My only complaint is the bags build quality isn’t the greatest because every big bag I’ve gotten has broken in a way where it cannot seal anymore so I’d recommend putting it in a ziplock bag.

Fast shipping. Great tasting shakes. Keep fueled for hours. So many options to choose form.

Great products, the flavors are much better than other protein bars I’ve tried in the past! I’ve never really done the shakes before, but I certainly enjoy them!

I was told I'd get a free cookie. Didn't arrive.

I ordered a cup , didn’t get it . But honestly they product taste terrible

Great taste, filling & not chalky or chunky

Texture was good, flavor was meh. Bland.

I only like the cookies and cream flavor. Everything else is not very palatable.

The fruity flakes one is by far the worst.

All of the products I have tried have been amazing! The raste is great and there's not that chalky text her like with other protein products.

I ordered caramel macchiato and it is very gross

I feel it would be beneficial if you guys made it so that when your order re ships it gives you either a choice between flavors or picks a random flavor rather than auto shipping the same flavor etc. Tbh that's my only complaint aside from that I love the product and think it's great but get tired of the same flavor and it's definitely a pain in the butt to have to cancel and then re order a different flavor etc. That's all. Aside from that love the product and the price for how long it lasts me it's very reasonable especially compared to ordering out or hell even going to the grocery store easily can cost me more than an order of ctrl.

I had a issue with product coming in damaged and they sent out more product right away. Everything tastes so great, and the shipping is really fast.

Always love ctrl I know mama iph is receiving her ctrl order TODAY of the caramel macchiato they released that she says makes her feel like speedy Gonzales while she works. This company is more like a home and a family the cool loving parent that wakes you up with delicious breakfast

They use the shady marketing where every order is automatically turned into a subscription. I emailed them to cancel it, and they never replied. After they continued to charge me for the product (which I found very gross), they sent me an automated email asking me to review their customer service. So here that is. They literally asked me to do this.

Protein bars all came melted (not hot here at all currently), which was pretty disappointing and made for a tougher unwrapping and eating experience. They were tasty though

Loved the flavors overall but the sealing on the individual bags needs to be better I had one crack open and ended up with it coating all the other bags

I unfortunately have to give a one star review due to the fact that after ordering from them one time (the products were fine) they just attempted to charge me $40 for a subscription that I did NOT sign up for. I don't even have an account and I only ordered one time and I never agreed to any subscription. This seems kind of scammy. If you think I'm not going to miss $40 in this economy you're crazy.
