CTRL Avis 

Two of the pouches broke in shipping(I guess?) Powder everywhere and trailing out of the broken corner of the box.

tastes great, but dosent breakdown all the way, so i have chunky bits in my drink

I’ve ordered from CTRL a number of times now. Their products are the fantastic. It’s my favorite protein brand.

I’ve ordered several bags of the Fruity Flakes protein, the Cinnamon Toast, and the Apple Smacks. I’ve sampled a number of others. And I’ve tried the lucky charm-inspired protein bars, as well as the Black Ice cookies. Each was delicious and filling. I’ve ordered from their storefront, GNC, and Amazon.

However…

I’ve had issues with shipping more times than not. This time, it’s been a week since I placed my order, and it hasn’t shipped yet. These are simply bad processing times in 2024 without a promotion running, or any sort of notice that my order would be delayed. With that said, it may ship this week. But it’s been at least 5 business days since ordering without receiving a tracking number, or any notification of delay. 99% of other merchants, I would have my product by now.

In addition, every time I’ve ordered protein powder samples, they’ve come exploded with powder everywhere. The first time, I contacted CTRL and they were kind enough to send out replacements, but that isn’t the type of thing I want to experience every time, so I am done ordering them.

Lastly, I want to reiterate that CTRL are selling a great product. They just utterly fail, in my opinion, to get the products sent to you. I would recommend ordering CTRL and trying their protein, but it might be a better idea to order from Amazon so that you know it will come to you within a reasonable amount of time. 2/5 stars.

It took longer than expected specially with what I payed in shipping. And got the wrong shaker cup as well…

your protein bars suck - the bars are impossibly hard and chewy while also being chalky and dry.

the cookies fall apart worse than a granola bar.

the cookies and cream is good, but your other shake mixes are way too sweet. i wouldn’t recommend this to my enemies.

Very good for a protein bar. It doesn't taste exactly like a candy bar, but it's close.

Tastes Great! The resealable packaging of the protein powder has broken on me a few times, but otherwise its way better than my previous protein powders!

Truly was a lil skeptical but the Black Ice cookie is my favorite!! And I was sold with the blenders and that JUG!!! I needed it.

I ordered the protein cookies in collaboration with rainbow six siege, they taste really good and I am very satisfied. :)

I wish I can give 5stars but my bars get to me melted. If they can get delivered un-melted this would be easily 5 stars. I still very much recommend them its truly the best protein snack items I've ever had

Quick shipping and genuinely delicious meal replacements/protein shakes. I drink a shake daily (cookies and cream is great!) and use it as a “I want something sweet” but healthier alternative. Give it a try… you will love it!

It is so good. I love having this for breakfast.

THe the strawberry and creme with sprinkles is absolutely delicious with milk. I use it to replace my breakfast so far and its been.

Order didn't ship because of inventory issues contacted them thought order got squared away but it has almost been another week and don't even have tracking information on a 200$ order.

I love almost every flavor! The only complaint I have is with the apple smacks. I had tried the sampler for the other flavors and loved them so when I bulk ordered I thought “ooo I loved them all I think I’ll like that too” but when I tried it.. it was a lot different than I expected. The flavor was leaning way too far into the apple than the cinnamon and it felt a little overpowering. All of the other flavors I have no complaints and it arrived fairly quickly!

Living in the UK makes oversees deliveries mainly difficult but the fantastic staff at CTRL make communication and customer service look so easy, friendly and simple! Delivered as quickly as possible, products are again intact, well packed and still taste GREAT! Thank you again CTRL! Keep smashing it!

Well I was excited, bought the drinks, followed the shipment…. But they never got delivered. FedEx said it couldn’t be delivered and only attempted once and the returned to y’all. Very sad I didn’t get to try it

I love your meal bars! I like your cookies but they’d probably be like a once in a while, where as your meal bars are perfect for me. I haven’t tried your protein shakes yet but will soon. Some of my products did have holes in them so that was a little troubling but still 10/10. Got them quickly so that was nice. Thank you! Hope you guys come out with more.
