I placed a big order in early December, stuff for me and also Christmas gifts, but considering the holidays I knew the package delivery could end up being delayed. Little did I know this package would never get to me: in late January the package was mysteriously delivered according to the tracking website, who knows to whom; then, after checking in with Northern Spirit they told me they had received it as a return, and that they would ship it back to me asap, but when I asked for a specific timeline I didn't get any answers; they made me wait two more weeks before replying, only to say that most of the articles I bought were not available anymore because the logistician put them in stock again, and that they could give me a voucher to order again. I asked for a refund and they initially didn't even refund my shipping costs. Absolutely ridiculous, spent a lot of money and waited almost 3 months for nothing. Never gonna order again from them.

Bought a Tshirt- was not the right size so returned it through their link, email etc. they received it a week later as they are in France - refunded me quickly - great customer service unlike a recent experience with Rogue Fitness!

Ordered a couple of t-shirts, almost a month later still not arrived. Terrible delivery service, especially from abroad. No one responds fast and i am now looking to get a refund, obviously no one is responding. Very disappointing.

Leider kann ich diesen Shop überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Meine Erfahrungen mit Northern Spirit Sport waren durchweg negativ.

Zunächst einmal sind die **Versandkosten** unangemessen hoch. Dazu kommt, dass man auch für **Retouren** zahlen muss – das ist wirklich kundenunfreundlich!

Besonders ärgerlich war, dass ich einen **Gutschein** eingelöst habe, aber als ich einen Artikel zurückschicken musste, wurde mir der Gutscheinwert nicht erstattet. Ich habe also mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen und den Gutschein auch nicht mehr. Das ist inakzeptabel!

Auch der **Bestellprozess** ist wenig flexibel. Ich hatte eine kleine Änderungswunsch, die aber kategorisch abgelehnt wurde. Hier fehlt es an jeglichem Entgegenkommen.

Zudem ist die **Auswahl** im Shop sehr begrenzt. Ich hatte gehofft, hier bestimmte Sportartikel zu finden, wurde aber enttäuscht.

**Fazit:** Hohe Kosten, mangelnde Flexibilität und ein schlechter Umgang mit Gutscheinen und Retouren machen diesen Shop zu einer Enttäuschung. Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier zu bestellen!

Lovely kit with all the necessities - quick no secure delivery. The unpacking experience is amazing, plus the quality of the cotton bag is lovely. This is an early Christmas gift for my sister I can’t wait to give it to her! I’m also thinking about getting one for myself now ;)
