Even after following the instructions the ice is very difficult to get out of the mould one frozen.

Hi Meg, we're disappointed this was your experience. Each ice cube tray is designed so the letters and shapes unmould easily, without breaking. As you'll see on the Care + Use instructions on the pack, we advise "For best results, take your tray out of the freezer and turn it upside down. Let it sit for at least 30 seconds, then gently pop your ice shapes out from the base."
When we're making cocktails, we take the ice tray out of the freezer and let it sit while we make the drinks. Then we unmould the ice and add it to each glass. Our silicone trays are strong and super flexible. We hope this helps.

Ordered a gift in advance for Christmas…
Ordered a gift in advance for Christmas Eve, and it never arrived. Tracking app didn’t appear to work. Yes, I was given full refund but I would have rather the gift had arrived in time.
Not sure why a more reliable courier was not used. Instead I get the old ‘lost in the mail’ excuse. An offer to resend the gift could also have been made as there was still time, instead of waiting for the post, which till today, has yet to locate the parcel.

Unfortunately, the delivery system around the world was under extreme pressure in the lead up to Christmas; something that was out of our control. After multiple follow ups with Hong Kong Post, they were unable to assist us with finding your parcel. We were just as disappointed as you.
