Synapse Avis 

Synapse cancelled my order with no explanation. I emailed them days ago to ask why they refunded it without saying why, and they have yet to respond.

I absolutely love Synapse as a product but for the life of me they no longer carry it in stores nearby. Really happy to have found the online site; looking forward to my order's arrival!

I continue to enjoy my Synapse energy and focus drinks. They give me energy without making my heart rate skyrocket which is super important to me as I am 50 and have high blood pressure.

I ordered a 4 pack which was damaged in delivery. The box was rooted and 2 of the cans were crushed and empty. I reached out multiple times with photos explaining the situation, asking if there was a way for a replacement or refund. I was never answered.

The items that I ordered from Synapse was damaged during shipment...

Again!

Flavor was pretty decent. As far as effects this did nothing for me. Didn't feel more focused, alert, etc. Even doing the two cans a day it did nothing for me. Moving on to something else.

I've reached out with no response, I made an order and haven't received any updates other than the label was created. it's been several days on that one... I've ordered multiple times before with little to no issues, now this?

Received my first 12 pack of Synapse today and the cans were very badly damaged from the shipment. They were broken open and the drink had spilled all over the packaging and the UPS box. Although this isn’t entirely Synapse’s fault, I do believe they could have packaged the drinks better for shipment. Out of the 12 pack, I immediately had to throw 6 drinks in the trash. The other 6 drinks that I kept are flat and have no carbonation left from the wild ride they took during shipment. I’m terribly disappointed with my first order and feel I basically threw $29 in the trash. However, I’m waiting to see if Synapse does the right thing and reaches out to me to resolve the issue. If so, I will change my review to include more stars solely on the customer service. If Synapse does not reach out to me to make this right, then my review will remain at one star and I won’t be ordering from them again. Proceed with caution. I like their idea and concept, but they have some kinks to work out with the shipment process.

I love the product, however my last shipment arrived damaged. The box was fine, the cans though were pretty beat up. Out of the 12 I received only 3 had normal tops, while the rest had dents bad enough for me to need a can opener due to the tabs not working.

I take before bed and it gives me vivid dreams.

Im on my second can, nice clean energy! Nothing too strong. Interesting herbal flav. Nice website, delivery and product layout. Price is a little high

I can’t tell if I’m getting any bump in energy. I’m looking for an energy drink minus caffeine and sugar. I like the taste and I’ve only had a few cans to this point. And I wasn’t looking for a daily drink just one when energy is running low.

Delivery is timely. Refreshing low calorie beverage without the unpleasant aftertaste of most diet drinks. Did it make my brain work better? Well, I haven't invented and marketed my own smart drink yet. Perhaps I need to drink a few more cases.

This product is the real deal! I have been using it for several months and it really works. The taste is very good considering how hard it is to mask the bitterness of nootropics. I’ve tried raw nootropic ingredients before and they taste terrible. That’s why I was so excited to find Synapse and give it a try. Also, their blend works better than any raw combinations I have tried. Now I am on a monthly subscription and get into the productivity’zone’ any time I want!

Fast shipping, great product!

Used to love this drink but they have ghosted me for almost a month on my last order. They won't respond to my efforts to find out what the delay is. I understand that things happen but it is not okay to be completely ignored.

Edit*: They finally contacted me to let me know they were having issues, which is what they should have done to begin with, but it was nice they finally did. My order is still unfulfilled but at least I know what's up now.

I love the taste & the herbal essence at the end!!
