Driven Avis 

I have had issues in the past with anxiety and I didn’t get along with my previous instructor from a different company which knocked my confidence a lot. However, i moved here a few months ago and started my lessons again with Driven. Jackie has been very supportive, and on my first lesson, I instantly felt comfortable and at ease. I now enjoy driving, which I never thought I’d say! Highly recommend for nervous drivers, and those wanting to build their confidence up again!

Rachel Deacon was my driving instructor and wow, she so amazing and patient, it’s taken me a while but with her patience and care it helped me succeed in passing my test yesterday!

Our daughter learnt to drive with Driven, and her instructor Jane was absolutely fantastic. Mollie thoroughly enjoyed learning with Jane, who was incredibly patient, thorough, and supportive throughout every lesson. She always made Mollie feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident behind the wheel and she’ll definitely miss their weekly catch-ups!

We’re so grateful to Jane for teaching Mollie to drive in such a safe, calm, and confidence-building way. Thanks to her excellent instruction, Mollie passed her driving test first time, which made the achievement even more special.

I was in a lesson with my driving instructor when we pulled into a carpark and saw Jackie with a student. I was about to carry out the forward and reverse bay manoeuvres, when she very rudely honked and told my instructor to ‘move somewhere else and get out of her way’. I was nowhere near her car as her student and myself were parking in opposite directions/bays. My instructor very calmly asked why she honked as there was no need when this could have been a very simple and polite verbal request as her windows were down and we were near. She then proceeded to step out of her vehicle and approach my car in a very threatening and aggressive manner. She came up to my instructors side of the window and started verbally abusing him and speaking in a very pathetic manner. As a student witnessing this, I felt quite startled and anxious seeing her rude and intimidating behaviour. She was an absolutely disgusting and vile old woman who thought it was appropriate to call my instructor an ‘a**hole’ and swear at him whilst having a young girl learning w her in the car. This is a terrible impression for young learners and definitely NOT the way the driving manner standard should be.
Shame on this instructor, DO NOT LEARN WITH HER!!!

Just Passed my test. Thanks to the support of my driving instructor Edie, I was able to do so first time. I was extremely nervous and just before starting to learn was disgnosed autistic, Edie was very supportive and understanding the whole way through our time together. I'm so very thankful to have had someone that cares so much.

I had an amazing experience with this driving school. My instructor Aliston was incredibly calm, patient, and broke down each lesson into easy, step-by-step stages. The whole process felt really smooth, and I passed my test with confidence and no faults . Highly recommend them.

Emily was my instructor for over 14 months, and was an incredibly kind, patient and fantastic person to learn to drive with. She didn't teach me just how to pass my test, but how to longer term be safer on the roads as a driver, which is extremely rare to find! I was a very nervous learner (and an older driver) but Emily, really helped me find a calm and ease in learning to drive. She also helpd my sister pass as well! I couldn't recommend Emily enough!

I did it! I scored 37 on my part 3 test. You ( Emily) have been such a great trainer. I feel privileged to have entered this industry with your professional support.

Rachel was very patient and really great at teaching me all aspects of driving. Really took her time and made sure that I was comfortable with whatever I was doing. Highly recommend!

I have just recently passed my test first time with Jane as my driving instructor. I honestly cannot thank her enough. Jane is extremely patient, kind and calm. Not only this but she is amazing at explaining new things and making sure that I have an understanding of what to do and how. I struggled massively with anxiety and nervousness before lessons and Jane helped me conquer this and enjoy my lessons nerve free! Learning to drive with Jane was the best decision I made and am very grateful.

I learnt to drive with Edie in Cirencester and I would highly recommend. She was very attentive explained things very clearly to me, I always felt safe and it was such a joy to learn from her. She was flexible with lessons and communicated very effectively with me. I ended up passing first time despite a lot of nerves!

My instructor was very helpful, I had two others before her but she was very patient with me. Edie was a wonderful teacher and I highly recommend!

After deciding on a career change to become an ADI, Emily Johnson from Driven supported me through every part of the process. With Emily's help, I passed the Part 2 and Part 3 exams first time. Emily was always professional, patient and enjoyed a laugh. I have no problem in recommending her to others wishing to follow a similar path.

I had Rachel Deacon as my driving instructor and my time with her has been amazing! I began my lessons with her in July and immediately felt comfortable driving with her and have continued to feel comfortable ever since while building up my confidence behind the wheel. She is an excellent teacher I honestly couldn’t have picked a better instructor to spend my hours with, I always felt supported and encouraged during my lessons. She is patient, will explain instructions very clearly and will delve into any problems you are facing to ensure you fully understand where you are going wrong and how to fix an issue. I would highly recommend her to anyone thinking about learning to drive as I couldn’t imagine anyone more suited for the job!!
