I had to re-book because I thought the booking request (that included my payment information) was completed....but the booking I made was full and a counter booking option offered that expired and so I had to re-book...crazy.

Do not trust this company or use the site. Save your money and use another company. After booking with them, they advised there was an error with the quoted rate and did not honour the quote. The blame game between themselves and the car-hire vendor they have chosen to partner with occured. DriveNow canceled the quote leaving us high and dry (telling us to go externally to Avis instead as they had a cheaper quote than they could offer). We were very frustrated, as we made all other bookings (i.e. hotel, driving routes etc..) were based around picking up this car rental from this location (we had another location that we preferred with another company before coming across DriveNow, but had changed this due to booking with DriveNow). As I said, do NOT TRUST this company - no customer service! and you will be left paying more like we now need to.
