Totally useless incoherent service
Not fit to be called a breakdown service. Took 5 calls and 1.5 hours to finally speak to correct person to arrange roadside assistance (Jan 2024). Made complaint but there was no real action taken. I was called back and told my case would be investigated and I would hear back - I never did.

I have never had to use the service. However I would appreciate a service where more than one car and more than one driver is protected and at a cheaper rate than one driver and one car basis

Breakdown in France
Alternator packed up on the motorway in France last year. Apart from the fact it was holiday time for the french garages so took longer to repair Driver Guardian was easy to deal with. I was put up in a hotel and the next day a hire car was arranged. The hire car was paid for as was the hotel and motorway recovery so pleased I had this cover.
