Not worth it
There is no reason to use this service if you have roadside assistance via your car insurance. I had to wait over an hour for service. Also, they didn't head my way until I called them and told them I needed assistance. This company is a waste of time.

As for insurance-based roadside assistance, while anyone is free to use it if they have the coverage, it's important to note that in many states, using your car insurance for roadside help can count as a comprehensive claim, which may affect your insurance rates for 3 to 5 years—even for something as minor as a lockout or tow.

Tom who came to assist me knew how to find the auxiliary battery cable connection under the hood of my car. He charged the battery and I was back on the road in a quick fashion!
