okay, this review genuinely made our morning. 😂 "I both love and slightly resent this" is probably the most honest parent feedback we've ever received, and we wear it as a badge of honor. Your 5-year-old waking you up at 7am on a Saturday to hit the botanical gardens — for Dino — is simultaneously the best compliment and the most relatable parenting moment we can imagine. We're sorry (but not really sorry) about the early wake-up calls. The virtual pet was actually one of those features we almost cut during development because it felt "too simple" on paper. Hearing that it's exactly that simplicity that makes it click — earn coins, feed the dino, repeat — is incredibly validating. Sometimes the best motivation is just a hungry pixel dinosaur.
