Ouma of Dr Memory was great. The first RAM card didn't work but I was able to get immediate help when I phoned. When his suggestion didn't work, he emailed me a paid postage label. I was able to return the RAM card free of charge and a new one was sent as soon as they received the faulty one.
The new one works perfectly. Full marks, Dr Memory!

I had never heard of Dr Memory prior to this purchase however the delivery was quick and the computer was packaged very well.
After ordering a computer from Dr Memory to use for CAD software, I initially had some problems. The computer would crash (blue screen) randomly when doing non- strenuous tasks. I contacted the support team and Lee walked me through some checks I could do to ensure everything was plugged in properly etc. After doing this, the computer was still having issues, so Lee sent me some new RAM to try. Unfortunately, this didn't work either, so I returned the computer and purchased another one from Dr Memory. The returns process was very simple and the money was back in my account in a couple of days. The new computer has worked brilliantly and I have had no issues whatsoever with it.
I would highly recommend Dr Memory as the customer service was excellent and Lee couldn't have done more to help.

I received my computer and was very happy when it arrived however I plugged everything in and turned it on and unfortunately there seems to have been missing or corrupted files because my windows keeps giving me error messages and I cant boot it properly
I'm happy with the service but angry and disappointed that I payed 600 pounds for it to not work and I cant phone to get assistance because you aren't open on weekends or bank holidays

Edit: after speaking with a very helpful person over the phone I was able to receive new parts to replace what didnt work and my pc runs smoothly now glad it all got sorted but still upset it took this long

Quick turnaround, was pleased to receive an email double checking the specification, very competitive price. Rapid delivery to rural Scotland. Would certainly recommend as a great value alternative to Crucial.
