They are not based in the UK.
They cannot provide shipping tracking details.
I reported to my bank that they had no phone number and did not respond to emails. Chat is a nonsense - clearly with a non-English speaker.
Bank refunded my payment within 24 hours.

SCAM. Do not use. Cheap drones imported from China. Arrived weeks late so returned it over a month ago now can not get my refund from them. I keep getting the same email saying they are working on it yet nothing ever happens.

Buy from a reputable brand and save yourself the trouble.

Scam! Avoid! Do not deal with these people. Crap product that’s worth a few quid 🖕

Should be -5 not 1.....Day 36, no drone, tracking doesn't work, says delivered, its not, they say they will look into it...they haven't. I can't even comment on the product if it even exists as after 36 days I've not received it. I suspect they also cloned my bank card as I made the purchase and the following days 460£ was used out of my account.. cant prove this but highly cooncidental. Go save and buy a real GPS drone...

Drone arrived early April. Opened it up flew for 2 secs then crashed to the ground, same again and again and again.

Emailed dronetech was told to return in original packaging and registered post to a UK address. Did all that. Waited 3 weeks for refund . Emailed back. They wanted proof . Sent them proof. Still no refund.

Don't bother buying from this company. They're scammers, just wanting to take your money and send you defective products.

Don't waste your time. Be warned.

So this is really just an update on the issues i've been having as i can't seem to edit my existing review. The drone has still not turned up and my emails continue to be answered with generic words which do not address the questions i'm asking.

HSBC have been really good and i have disputed the payment and have received a refund, although this is pending investigation, so if the drone turns up it will be repaid.

On another note, i'm not sure how trust pilot checks for fake profiles, but a number of the positive reviews (mostly ones that have only ever left one review) are using stock photos from the internet, so i'm guessing these are fake

Absolute discusting service still waiting for my order for my son's birthday thought I was ordering from a UK company not China thought it was 72hrs delivery now it's 3-8 days delivery but on My tracking it says 12th may for delivery definitely longer than 8days item was dispatched on the 20th April keep messaging but always get the same response check your tracking I have asked for a refund as it's my son's birthday present he won't have anything to say it's a UK company why is there no phone number to speak to someone

If i could give this company ZERO stars then i would.

I have been emailing back and forth with this company since i received my drone for them. It was not as described in the description and most definitely did not have a 4K camera! The drone started to smoke when turned on and now does not work at all.

All i got from them is that they would sen out some new batteries for me tro try which have not yet arrived now they say they are out of stock even though they say they have been shipped! ITS A PACK OF LIES!!!

They will take you around in circles - i have tried to be patient waiting from Christmas to now dealing with them! 4 month of trying to get a refund and to send the drone back but they just keep saying to wait for the batteries which are never going to arrive!

I would never buy from them again! My suggestion for anyone wanting to buy a drone! Go buy one from the DJI website.

DO NOT purchase from this company. They are horrible to deal with and fail to deliver. When you request a refund they ignore you or respond in French or lie in gobbledygook saying the drone has been delivered to place that does not exist on my property.

I have emailed numerous times requesting my money back to no avail.

I have subsequently read other reviews sighting the same issues as I have encountered please check these out too.

Again DO NOT purchase from this company unless you want a load of grief.

Update 12/05/22

The drone finally arrive a few weeks ago so contacted them for a refund. After lots of emails and bluff and bluster from them they finally confirmed the return address.

Posted the drone back unopened and provided proof they had received it. They then emailed to say refund within 96 hrs. I thought “bonus” getting somewhere.

No such luck, it has been over two weeks now and still no refund.

I am now looking at options to recover the money and shut dronetech,s operations down in the uk.

More updates to follow as I am not giving up yet.

This drone is on Amazon for £38, They ship from China - please avoid , before you buy ring their customer service number on their website - no such number, they claim 48/72 hour shipping to UK not a chance, complete waste of money, ordered this for my other half birthday, arrived 2 week later, after 2 hours of trying to get it to a least fly no luck - the drone is uncontrollable and is now ordering an actual drone, please avoid, the communication from them is terrible, i knew nothing about drones unfortunately before buying, my mistake, but now I do and for the spec they’re offering you cannot get a drone for this price, steer clear.

Terrible experience. Item arrived late so couldn't be used for event. Company refused refund and have stopped replying to me. Company lies about its Trustpilot star rating too. Avoid at all costs

Don’t order from this site they are selling drones that are from AliExpress and are selling them at a markup of +£100 in some cases and they are falsely claiming the drones have 4K when they only have 720p cameras no matter what you order they have also broke consumer rights laws

Do not fall for anything related to this company. The after service is non-existent, emails will be typed in broken english and finally the actual quality is unbelievably bad, like something you would find from AliExpress, but worse, if you can imagine there could be something worse. To top it they delivered a faulty battery with disclaimers against the fires they may cause. WARNING - do not purchase this pile of dung. You are better off setting fire to your money in the name of fireworks.

Ordered and paid for a drone on 24th January, told delivery 26th/27th, tracking stopped on 28th and not heard a word since, after 2 emails and 2 messages...

The after service is useless. Faulty controller and have sent several emails, as you cannot phone, no response.
Extremely disappointed 😞
Have left a review before but that's disappeared.
