Drummers Only Avis 

I purchased two items online. Both items were received in good time. Unfortunately, due to a listing error on the website I was sent a different item from the one I thought I had ordered.
When the error was highlighted, I received an immediate apology and the correct goods were sent out in good time plus a wee gift.
I am happy at the way the the error was dealt with by the staff at Rhythm Base. I'm sure I will be buying from them again.

The courier company tried to deliver and missed me. Left a card with the promise to deliver next day " or" I could contact them on a mobile number to make arrangements, so I stayed in the next day. No delivery on the next day, ( a saturday ) When I phoned on monday and inquired about it, I got a snappy answer that : He did not promise me a next day delivery! When I pointed out that "his" card did, he said that, he tried to deliver on a friday, next day would be a saturday.... and they don't do deliveries on SATURDAYS! No information about "that" on the card!!!! Neither a "full address" and he thought I was joking when I enquiered the "full" address for possible pick up! It only stated "Bellshill Industrial Estate", his comment was not the info I required, " What??? Its the biggest town in Larnakshire"... Not the answer you hoped for and I was still no wiser! And to be honest by now I was fed up and annoyed! I paid for my delivery and I did not want to put a trip from Bathgate to somewhere in Larnakshire on top of it! After another short discussion of when would be the next delivery possibility to Bathgate.... and no specific timing slot possible apart from" am or pm", we came to an agreement. After that I terminated the phone call a quick as possible before I forgot to be polite as a costumer!

The delivery did happen at the arranged date and time, and the product was in perfect condition. Also my daughter ( she stayed in to wait) assured me the driver was very friendly and polite.

As a company you might save money using a cheaper courier, as a costumer it is a disadvantage not to be able to go to a "around the corner everywhere" Parcel force depot .... when you missed a delivery. Maybe you could give us a choice (which was not possible). Because, I am willing to pay more for delivery, so it comes with parcel force so that if you have missed it, you don't have the hassle of distance and bad customer opening pick up times, etc you nearly always have with other courier companies.

Rhythmbase are an all around great drum store not just in person but online. When I am not sure about certain things drum related I speak to them because they know what they are talking about. Delivery service is amazing too I can expect on my door step the next day or so. Even the pricing of their products is reasonable and worth the money because at the end of the day you are buying from a excellent drum store and any help you need they will sort out, drum related of course.
