Scammers of Next Level

I used both hostings and domains from these guys . Had mediocre experience in hosting till I transferred two of my domains!!!
Transferring domians with these people is sych a pain that after 5 days they dont release the domain. When I contacted them they told it may take 5 to 7 days more!!!! Thats A SCAM. why you guys want to harass customers when you already have deactivated the domain with you.
They are Chep Businessman who wanted to harass customers who are not buying or renewing services with them. PATHETIC

Good Support, But Poor Server Uptime

I have been using Dr Webhost for 2 years and even recommended their services to my clients. Their support team is responsive and quick to reply, which I truly appreciate. That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.

However, the service quality has dropped badly. For the last 2 weeks, the server keeps going down for 5 minutes, comes back, and then goes down again. This happens every day, even without any heavy load from our side.

Earlier, I used to recommend Dr Webhost for its good service and low cost hosting. But now, I will not recommend it unless they start providing optimized hosting with zero downtime.

Terrible Experience with DrWebhost

I had a nightmarish experience with DrWebhost and feel compelled to share my story to warn others. Initially, their service seemed promising, and my website was running smoothly. However, shortly after launch, my site was infected with malware.

Rather than taking responsibility, DrWebhost suggested hiring an expensive developer to fix the issue they caused. This blatant disregard for their customers' security and their attempt to profit off our misfortune is completely unacceptable.

I strongly advise against using DrWebhost. Their lack of accountability and poor customer support make them a risk not worth taking. Choose a hosting provider that values your website's security and respects their customers' trust.

Save yourself the headache and avoid DrWebhost at all costs.
