Chinese company masked with a UK address. Drylos is not a brand. It’s a copy of the Dyson. The hair dryer I received was branded “super hair dryer”

ADVARSEL! Køb endelig ikke noget fra dette firma. De nægter at tage varen retur og tilbyder istedet 5% refund. Der er ikke tage om kvalitetsprodukt men billigt plastikskrammel, som vil kunne købes for få dollar i en gadebutik.

Total scam. I was recommended this by a friend and read a few websites saying it was good but these are all AI. When I found a better deal and wanted to return the package they have been shady and incredibly difficult to contact. Not wanting me to return the unsealed parcel and offering 5% as it's too troublesome to ship. Going against consumer rights in the UK and also only replying sporadically. I have sent over 16 emails to their customer service and they just continue to reply the same script

IAVOID, AVOID, AVOID I ordered a drylos hairdryer, took ages to arrive, box damaged. A month after using it blows up, makes a loud bang and trips electrics. Emailed drylos to explain situation offering to return it for testing, they only ask my to video myself using the socket for another item then plug in the hairdryer and turn it on!!!!!.when I highlight how dangerous this is the reply I get is asking me if I plugged it in the bathroom, if my sockets are old, the in red letters they demand I plug it in again and video it.

I don't think my responses are from someone in the UK as they only respond at 7am, don't use correct grammar and are totally bizarre it's almost laughable.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Drylos.co.uk. After being enticed by their online marketing and purchasing the hair dryer, the entire process has been a headache.

The site claimed that shipment would happen within 3 days, but the package took 3 weeks to arrive. The promised 'Tracking information' was non-existent.

The item I received is not a branded Drylos hair dryer (but looks like a cheap replica). The box features no branding at all, and the minimal instructions included simply refer to it as the "Super Hair Dryer." Customer service response has been limited to email with completely unintelligible English. To make matters worse, since the purchase, I have been inundated with scam calls and emails, so my personal details were clearly sold on.

Save your money and stick to a reputable, well-established brand instead.
