The way the trainer was able to keep our attention and share her knowledge I learnt a lot about saving lives and to be able demonstrate my knowledge in saving someone's life.

First Aid At Work
Came back for a refresher after doing the course 2 years ago. Had the same lovely course leader, Denise, both times who made the experience enjoyable, practical and interactive. Also giving us specific details such as confidentiality, dignity and respect. And from experience you may not remember everything exactly the first time but you will definitely take away key details which can be instrumental. Was considerate and asked on a magnitude of times about things which we may need support with or be aware of etc. Would certainly look to engage in other courses with Denise such as the mental health course.

Great workshop, even better delivery team!
Denise was great with our girls, who are usually a rowdy bunch. Kept them engaged and was really patient. The awareness workshop was really informative and helpful for our young leaders, as well as our qualified coaches to refresh their knowledge!

This training was excellent
This training was excellent, it was an amazing experience. I had the opportunity to learn and practice about first aid. Denise was very engaging and she brought so much experience. I loved that it wasn’t all by power-point. She engaged us all from the start, and referred back to our contributions throughout, making it very interactive and positive. Would definitely recommend it.
