Worth my time
The first aid instructor was really friendly and amazing at explaining the entire first aid process. The structure of the session and facilities were top notch. Very pleased and feeling confident about first aid.

Denise was brilliant ! Her real life examples helped to create a real picture of the real life scenarios.
Her knowledge was endless ! Really well conducted and ran course ! My 2nd time completing it as 3 years ran out.

Very Informative Course
Denise was very informative throughout the day and ensured that everyone in our group understood every part of the course. She explained each section thoroughly, quizzing us all throughout to ensure we understood everything and was constantly asking if we had any questions. Before the course with Denise, I had never done a first aid course before but I feel much more confident in how to provide first aid help when needed.
