Very helpful online chat prior to the purchase

Ordered a box to fit my car as per the companies specifications, it arrived and did
NOT fit. Rather expensive box and no resolution. Would NOT recommend to a friend.

You get what you pay for. Massive step up from our previous Kennels (massive price increase as well!) - No complaints, great Kennels fits beautifully in our commercial van.

Responded quickly to email queries for clarification prior to ordering.
Ordering was an easy process, plus directions surrounding delivery were clear etc.
Item arrived in good order and suitably packed. The crate itself is super, sturdy and Vera our dog loves it 😍

This product is everything I hoped it would be. The company gave me perfect advice and recommendation for a double box with divider, which fits my car perfectly.
My dogs are happy to go in there and my two that are usually car sick haven't been since travelling in the DT box.
The communication was good throughout however my only small complaint would be with the delivery itself and Salvatori the actual carrier.
I waited in all day and in the end it didn't come, they didn't notify me so I had to chase it up and rearrange delivery for the next day.
Other than that I was overall impressed with everything and would recommend.
I've since ordered and received the fans and they're really good as well.

I recently bought a new car (MG S5 EV, if you are asking) and none of my 3 existing dog boxes fitted and the car did not show as an option on the website…so I took some measurements and called DT Boxes. Mark told me they had just recently built a custom box for an identical car so had the design, sent me the measurements and photos etc as well as other helpful ideas.

The box was delivered today, much sooner than Mark had estimated and fits “perfectly”…like millimetre perfect!

I left this interaction with DT Boxes feeling good about the company and that they really did care to provide outstanding customer service.

Having wanted a DT Box for a while we finely made the plunge and it was worth it. Product is top quality and delivery was fast.

Only downside is when spending nearly £600 it would be nice to have a bit more communication, around delivery etc.

The boxes themselves are great we have 3 vans with them in and don’t think we will ever need to replace them. I like the new tie down rings.

Very pleased with our crate. It’s well made and fit exactly in the car as described. Shipping was faster than expected, and delivery was a simple process. Easy to install and both dogs are now safe during travels. Just waiting for the fans to be in stock to finish the set-up!

This is our third box! First one was stolen, second one was too small (our fault) and the third one is perfect. Our dogs love the box and people have asked where we purchased it from x

Ordered the boot protector fantastic product, good quality rubber and thick so it won’t rip, protects the car and gives grip to my dog while jumping in.

Box was exactly as described and expected. Very easy company to deal with - actually got to speak to real live people who answered my questions.
