Darryl from DTech installed my integrated front FitCamX dashcam. Thorough, neat and all works perfectly. He was very easy to deal with and clearly knows what he is doing. Thoroughly recommend.

Spent £370 getting front and rear cam installed but now both cameras have stopped working. Been trying to call for weeks only to be told they are busy someone will contact me. Further calls and messages but still no response. Very poor customer service.. can see from the reviews they have time to install new cameras but not help customers who have already paid up.

they installed cameras in my car 10 months ago. In those 10 months, my fart camera was in working order for no more than 5 months. And now for three months I have been calling them to repair my camera, but no one is answering my calls. Very frivolous and irresponsible attitude of the employees of this company.

Nice and Neat!

Got recommended by my friend, who is already a satisfied customer. I bought my dash cam myself and DTec hard wired it nice and neat, with both front and back cameras barely noticeable and well out of your sight. Wires are not visible at all. Whole installation taken well under two hours, and I also have been given expert and friendly advice on how things works.
I really appreciate the fact that most places like Halfords won’t install for you even with extra charge if you did not buy dash cam from them, but DTec offers this service and I really happy with them!!! Highly recommend!

First of all, the technician, Mo who attended and installed a dashcam was knowledgeable and done a good job, so no issues here. However, I found the admin staff working at the office unprofessional and unaccountable.
My old dashcam broke recently and required replacement. I called DTec and explained that my existing dashcam wasn’t working and I bought a new one for replacement. I even sent the pictures of existing dashcam wiring in my car. They quoted me £130 for the job and we book an appointment.
When the technician arrived and saw the existing camera in my car he informed me that there would be extra charge for removing it. He spoke with the office and they sent me another invoice for £65. I called them few times to try to speak but no one answered, they just texted me stating that I informed them that the existing camera was already removed which wasn’t true.
The additional invoice was eventually cancelled as technician used most of the cables already installed from the existing dashcam. However I found all this experience quite unpleasant.
