I have ordered from this company since December 2024. They are amazing! The customer service is exceptional. The delivery time is beyond fast. Even when I messed up a custom transfer, I was able to reach out and have them review my replacement file and help me with my errors. And since the delivery was still so fast I received the replacement order in plenty of time to make the shirts I needed for my twin grandbabies first birthday party. Thank you DTF Center for making this happen.

This company was very responsive when I received my package damaged from shipping. They sent out new ones as promised . Really appreciate the great customer service. The dtfs I received were beautiful and the color really popped on them. Wonderful company and I will for sure be doing more business with them.

Bad customer service
I ordered transfers which were great but I messed up one and thought if I gave the order number and paid that I could get the order replaced. NOPE! The guy that answered the phone asked for the order number which I gave and he kept going around and around. I finally had my husband get the order replaced and which came very quickly. But I got 2 boxes. I didn’t know what to think except maybe he ordered 2 just in case. NOPE! I received my order and an order for a roofing company in Florida. I called DTF center and got the got the same guy who again was rude. Explained what happened and he asked for the order number of the roofing company which it is not my order so I did not have it. He kept asking for and the after about 10 minutes I hung up so frustrated. If this is the customer service, I will not be ordering again from them.
