Product never arrived. Good Customer Service.
I ordered the week before my event. One of the reasons I chose DTF Sheet was in part to the verbiage on the website about quick printing and shipping turn around time. The label to my order was created via FedEx but there was not tracking information after that and the package never arrived to my home. After contacting Customer Service, they are issuing a refund and were very responsive and quick to resolve the issue. I am disappointed this happened on my first order with them. Grateful the Customer Service team was responsive and resolved the issue... I'm hoping it was a fluke mistake.

100% Quality and Quick Turnaround
The quality and ease of using their DTF is phenomenal! I have ordered from other places and not had such great luck with a smooth peel and great adherence as these! Plus the quick turnaround is awesome! I ended up with a huge tshirt order with a quick turnaround and knowing I could get my rolls in a few days made all the difference!

By MY mistake my print was not good
By MY mistake my print was not good, I contact customer service and ask for a refund. The find out my error and sent me a complementary order and very specific instructions that after followed create a great design. They act very fast and helpful.

It seems like it has gone down hill
It seems like it has gone down hill. One order of a gang sheet, you could tell the red ink was running out, very faded on all designs and had lines through them! This last order I paid extra for 2 day shipping and did not receive until 2 days after two day delivery window.

I love DTF Sheet
I love DTF Sheet! Have ordered in the past and will continue to order in the future. Even when hiccups arrive ( because they do- we are human) the DTF Sheet team is supportive and on the case to ensure everything is good. Quality of prints are superb and delivery (especially to me all the way in Hawai'i) is always reasonable.
