Delivery service not great
Let me start with, I love their products the colors are amazing I've order DTF stickers and DTF prints
but I paid $40 for overnight and order well before the cutoff and was disappointed to find out my order was not sent out and when I spoke to the rep she said it was an error on their end. She did not offer anything type of discount for their error which was very disappointing especially when overnight is expensive $40.

They sent me the wrong size prints
They sent me the wrong size prints
And have no got back to me on the error. So I’m unable to complete my order. Even with me emailing them prior to printing to confirm the order would go without error. I had to source the items else where to fix their error. Horrible experience

Poor quality of the DTF transfer
Delivery service was fine, but the quality of the DTF transfer was horrible. Had to press it too many times and still came out bad. The full transfer did not transfer to the shirt.

Disappointed
Last week, I ordered a UVDTF gang sheet and paid extra for 1-day shipping, expecting to receive it on time. Unfortunately, it’s now been over a week, and it doesn’t look like my order will arrive soon. Because of the delay, I had to outsource the job elsewhere, which was frustrating.
I’m really disappointed, as I had hoped your service would be my go-to option for future orders. I understand delays happen, but this experience makes me hesitant to rely on your service again. I hope you can improve shipping reliability so that future customers don’t face the same issue.

I have tried other brands and have been highly dissapointed, but never with dtf Sheet. Colors are vibrant and the best part is that they peel easily. A must for my business!
