Avoid these scammers, all goods are showing in stock, but in reality nothing is in stock and they refuse to refund or cancel orders.

Completely disgusting costumer service. Needed help to buy a my second Dualtron and very rude on the phone and very rude replying to my complain by email, he refuse to give his name to do a complain and was completely ignoring the subjects of my emails. Avoid this company in uk. Moving for Nami scooters thanks to him.

My encounter involved a complete failure to receive the ordered goods, accompanied by a series of inadequate excuses, unprofessional language, and a complete lack of customer service.

Avoid this company take your money and never deliver the scooters email and phone number don’t exist I’ve emailed Dualtron to inform them that this company are scamming money out of people

My husband bought an e-scooter from them, that had to return. They received it back and they never refunded him. They stopped replying to emails and phone calls.
Please buy from more reliable companies!

I called up to enquire about a product. The manager was, very rude on the phone had an attitude and refused to sell me anything on the basis I had to give him the barcode to the scooter I own Which is a blatant lie! Asked for his name, which he refused to give. He then decided to go silent on the phone and ignore my questions. Most people I know have had this experience. Terrible service, need a new uk DUALTRON.

Called them up to ask for some info regarding a dualtron mini. Picked up straight away and were really helpful. I got the scooter shortly after and it got delivered very fast. I’m super happy with the high quality scooter :) rides like a charm and built like a tank

I wanted to buy a scooter from this company and after multiple attempts of trying to email and message on social media I finally got through to them. The scooter I was interested in was on a deal and I explained it would be after the weekend when I get paid before I could purchase one. Over the weekend they removed the deal from the website and told me because they now had limited Stock they would not be upholding the offer and I would have to pay full price even though we had discussed the scooter at the offer price.
Unacceptable to treat customers this way and I would avoid purchasing anything from this company.

I paid for Dualtron Thunder 10/10/21, they have £3,100 of my money and state next day delivery. Today is now 12th, they do NOT answer my calls nor reply via email. I am left frustrated so will cancel order. I am not looking forward to it has I'm talking to a brick wall.
