From the moment we booked we were kept informed at every step on a Whatsapp group. The coach transport was clean and arrived on time for two pickups with 6 passengers before setting off for Liverpool airport. On the return we were advised on the Whatapp group what to do to ensure a smooth collection. Both drivers were great and we will definately use them again.

Another great experience with Dubars for airport transfers. Easy booking & confirmation. Great communications throughout. Ian was our driver on the outbound leg of the journey. He messaged the day before to introduce himself & confirm pickup details. On the morning of our journey we received an ETA message from him - always reassuring to know your taxi is on its way. Our return journey was with Delphine, who messaged the day before to introduce herself and to give the details for our return journey. And on the day of arrival she again messaged with further details about our meet up point at the airport. Both times the taxis were spotlessly clean, punctual, the drivers were friendly & helpful. Can highly recommend this excellent service.

We used Dubars for a Manchester airport drop off and pick up and were really impressed by their high level of service. Communication was great, vehicles were spotless and both Ian, who dropped us off, and Delphine, who picked us up were great to chat to and clearly love their jobs, which I think says a great deal about the company. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Delphine was extremely friendly and funny, she was there to pick us up from Manchester airport we didn’t have to wait at all, she asked all about our holiday and the journey was seamless ❤️ Thankyou Delphine 🙌🏼

Dubars offer a high level of customer service. We booked them to take us to Manchester airport and pick us up 2 weeks later. The level of communication was great. Mark confirmed all the dates and times. He arrived exactly on time. Took our cases from our hallway to the taxi and unloaded them at the airport. His vehicles are spotless and very comfortable. Although our return flight was 30 minutes early, Mark was at the airport waiting to pick us up. Dubars will always be my first choice.

The mini bus was a touch of luxury and was immaculate inside and out.
