The dumpster was delivered when they said it would. Placed where it was needed. When I contacted them to pick the dumpster up, it was picked up in a timely manner. It worked out in the best way for us.

The process was quick and easy
The process was quick and easy. I had a few questions and called customer service and their associate was friendly and helpful. I had a slight problem shutting the dumpster on the day of pickup and the driver made sure everything was good to go.

They send a dumpster with banded door…
They send a dumpster with banded door so i cant close it all the way. When they came for pickup they said door is not closed. When i send them band door picture there is a supervisor she said okey they only charge me 75$ and they send me final full paidoff invoice
But after one month they take 195$ from my card. I suggest you guys dont give them your card information. I have all the pictures of banded doors and video.

We are very sorry for any issues with the dumpster door. The additional fees were due to the dumpster being filled over the top and therefore unable to be safely removed from the premise. This is never an ideal situation for either party involved. We apologize for the frustrations you encountered during your rental.

Received an email stating a range of dates that the dumpster would be picked up but I needed a specific date so I replied to the email asking to be notified when an exact date was scheduled. That same day received an email with an exact date.
The dumpster was picked up on the schedule date.
Hassle free experience.
Will use them again and will refer to others when they need a dumpster.

Awesome experience with this dumpster service. I called and requested a 20 yard drop trailer for next day or same day. Within 20 minutes the driver called and was on the way. Driver verified drop spot. Very friendly , professional and happy to have my business. Fair pricing. GREAT SERVICE
