Bought 2 spa mitts. Arrived quickly and good quality.

I ordered from here having never used this company and just finding them in google.
I paid extra for Christmas delivery but with a week to go and having not heard anything I emailed them (I’m one to panic) I was emailed back shortly after letting me know exactly what stage my order was at and assuring me my order would be on time.
Then due to an error on my part I rang the company again in a panic, Ian (who had also emailed me) quickly reassured me and was fantastic. Towels have arrived, the personalisation was perfect and the towels are lovely! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!!

Every so often you deal with a company that you feel deserves and appreciates your custom. Excellent customer service, going out of their way to resolve queries. Great range of good value products. Will definitely use them again and next time, i'll go direct rather than through the big online shopping place named after a rain forest.

After weeks of searching online for a good quality dressing gown that I could get personalized, I decided to use Towels R us. I contacted the company, as the logo I had provided needed to be adapted slightly, the guy on the phone was so helpful, and all amendments had been carried out. To have the logo applied, it did cost an additional £30.00, which I was dubious to pay at first, but I can honestly say it's worth every penny!
The finishing product was absolutely amazing, and the embroidery was perfect. This is going to be the best Christmas gift!!

I recently ordered a Velcro fastening shower towel, after trawling Internet and was astonished at how difficult to buy. I am not keen on ordering from unknown sources, like eBay or Amazon markets, so was a little apprehensive about ordering from a company did not know. However, can only say extremely satisfied. Order arrived within a few days and really pleased at quality and service. Happy that I no longer have to take heavy dressing gown to camp site showers!!!!

Brought three of the hooded towels, with names embroiled on them. What a great idea and they are very good quality. Could of ordered slightly cheaper from Amazon, but wanted them personalised with names on them. Received in very quick time. Towels are of a very good quality and personalisation looks really good. Had these towels over a year now and will be ordering more soon, when the kids grow out of them

Ordered a personalised robe for my wife. Massively disappointed when it arrived (no problem with delivery or service up to that point) pulls all over it , poor quality and would never have bought it if i had seen it in person first. Complained and sent it back after showing it to various people to get there opinion (the main reaction being a fit of laughter) the QC team deemed it a satisfactory standard and sent it back to me. Needless to say my wife never received her robe from towels r us as it went straight the dogs basket. Be very wary if ordering personalised items as I believe this is why they didn't take it back. All in all a very bad experience and couldn't recommend.

Have bought many products from TowelsRUs and they are always great quality, at low prices.

They say in their terms that they will not share your email address with 3rd Parties, but I've just had an email from them trying to get me to sign up to Wine Cellar.

They have now lost my trust.

Do NOT shop with this company.

Their products are of poor quality and after returning for a refund they ignored me, refused to acknowledge the return despite me having tracking evidence and did not refund me. So they took my money and the goods.

Their treatment is despicable, even by the Director. Absolutely appalling!

I still haven't receive my product until now 11.12.2011..:(
But I' am looking forward to receive it soon..:o) HOPEFULLY
