I have not received my purchase

They don't except full refunds. they will give you 50% refund if the jersey doesn't fit. the jersey size Large fits more like a Medium. Communication was awful and aggressive. I would not recommend buy from this company.

I am always a bit skeptical when ordering jerseys online, but my fears were greatly relieved when I received exactly what I ordered and it came as an authentic Nike jersey.

I had an issue with sizing because my son is in that awkward preteen phase but I was score to get the help and support I needed and they quickly resent a jersey to ensure my son got it before Christmas.

Their customer service is top notch as well as their jersey products and quick delivery time.

I can say, with certainty, this will be my forever company of choice when it comes to jersey orders!

Never received my purchase

Great product! My son is going to love his jersey! Runs true to size.
Only reason gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the shipping took quite a while. Around 3 weeks total.

This is a followup review to a previous review. I have since received an email from Dunk Sportswear apologizing for missing my email cancelling my redundant order. I have received a $69.90 refund to my Paypal account. This is what I had asked for originally. If there wasn't a missed email causing me to give an initial poor review, this would have been a 5 star experience.

I was told the order cleared customs a week ago. When I ordered nothing on the site hinted an international shipment. Complained to PayPal because the shipper they use is a site known to be used by other scammers. They still won't answer my attempts to contact customer service but responded when I explained to PayPal that I hadn't received the two jerseys I ordered. Now a week later they say they cleared customs. New shipping number and no way of tracking. 3 weeks in and could have just bought through legit company. Beware

The shipping time was crazy.

The item arrived weeks after being promised. Messages were not responded to.

My grandson was very happy with the jersey. I was happy that it seemed to be very well made and was not flimsy material.

I emailed customer service before I ordered a jersey to check on an arrival date. Once I knew it would arrive by the time I needed it, I placed my order. The jersey arrived earlier than expected and looked great.

Great merchandise fast delivery

Did not receive my package. The company said it was delivered and took three photos that were not legible. Text the company back several times. They replied back saying they lost my address. Hmm how could I have received a package if you lost my address?
