Surprised to see only one review since…

Surprised to see only one review since 2025. Ordered a wardrobe and took the day off today to take receipt of it. Had a text from delivery company stating is here after 5.30pm the day before the time slot for delivery. Just at 5.30pm text received but identical to previous. Then this morning at around 6.30am I was supplied with my delivery time slot. Then just at time slot commences - another text telling me they’re not coming and will try tomorrow. Well, I’m at work tomorrow. Tried to look in Dusk website for a tel number - nothing. Googled and called, just goes round a loop and none of the options work and it disconnects. So then tried with delivery company. Sent an email direct from their website, nope - it’s not working and undelivered. So where do I go with this. Dusk website says leave it 48 hours. What does that mean??? Do you have to take 3 to 4 days off work to take a delivery. As I googles for numbers I then saw Facebook pages with awful reviews.
And if it’s faulty you have to wait in for collection. I’m not holding out much with this order. Just wanted people that work or have things in the diary to be aware.

I bought an dusk ottoman bed in 2022 …

I bought an dusk ottoman bed in 2022 I realise that this is some time ago but recently i have been unable to open the bed. I think the gas pistons are no longer working. I contacted the company explaining that I am almost 80 years old, cannot open the ottoman and all my linen is inside. Their first comment was that they had no liability and seem unwilling to help with resolving the situation. I would like to contact their ceo but they are an on line company and I cannot find details to contact their ceo.

We ordered and paid, the company vanished

We ordered and paid for an otoman base for our bed 20 days ago, and this company have not contacted us about delivery. These are impossible to contact as their phone lines have been down for over a week, and emails are also bouncing back.
We are going to have to cancel as it seems very suspicious and a waste of our precious time.

Damaged bed on delivery … almost nonexistent customer service.

When we went to unpack the bed that was delivered yesterday, it was badly damaged.
The delivery guy placed the damaged box side down against the floor so it was not visible to us until we started to unpack earlier today.
In my view the he should have noticed this damage on delivery and just taken it back; it would have been clearly visible to him.
The phone lines are closed due to demand … maybe that says it all! … and I’ve had an email to say I will not receive a response to my issue for at least 5 working days.
What sort of customer service is this?
I have had issues with Dusk before and swore never to use them again, however, was encouraged to try again. What a mistake. Unbelievably disappointing … currently sleeping on the floor!!!!

Terrible customer service

I placed an order and paid £57.99 for a small bedside table on 3rd February 2025. The confirmation email said the item would be delivered in 10 days, it has not been delivered. I have emailed Dusk and had a response saying they would be in touch in 3 working, I've heard nothing, despite emailing them again and asking for a full refund. Their phone number is not accepting calls and they don't reply to emails, what a shower !!!

I returned my items over 3 weeks ago due to receiving the wrong colour, and I’m still waiting for my refund! The email address hello is full, and the phone number just hangs up after an automated message. Even the website form promised I would hear back within 5 working days, but there’s been nothing! This is utterly shambolic and completely unprofessional.

I am absolutely disgusted with your service. I will be getting my £60 refund one way or another, and I’ll be making sure no one I know ever uses your company again. This is beyond a joke.

Sort this out immediately.

scam

It appears that Dusk has stolen my money. After ordering almost two months ago, there is no sign of my order (they delivered the first cheaper half within a week, but the more expensive second item which was meant to arrive later never did) and there is absolutely no way to contact them; they don't have a phone number, their email address just bounces back, and the query form on their website is automated. Smells like a scam.
